Me and a friend started a bizarre and wacky channel, recording local bar adventures. Using my phone was distracting and made me miss a few moments.

I got the cheapest Meta glasses. We shoot a lot outdoor in decks and patios. They work crazy good.

I bought the sunglasses, because they were cheapest. But looking ahead to winter, I bought another pair that are clear. I will be using these indoors. And as a backup. I am assuming they will work great as well.

I just got mine. I am a content creator and planned on that. But these are going to be great driving Uber (for recording traffic) and for personal security if I deliver Uber Eats to the door.

I am a Java cloud developer. I got cut last Monday, here in Bettendorf. I have been applying for every job up to Cedar Rapids. No responses.

What is the deal? Are they listed but there is a hiring freeze?

Is this a weird job market or what? I got laid off in the QC two weeks ago. I have been applying non-stop since then. I expanded my search to the several hundred hybrid roles in Naperville, Aurora and Lisle. Nothing. Nadda.

I am surprised at the commutable jobs around. Collins. Delloitte. So many listings.

Any tips for a guy getting himself out there? Java. Cloud. API’s.
