Is the PAL'S service actually helpful?

My talking therapies shrink has suggested that I should contact the PALs service at my local NHS trust as shes quite concerned about how I've been treated with multiple issues over the last 20 years.

I've had to go through a complaints procedure with the trust a few years back but it was like they were just making excuses for the member of staff responsible and it all came to nothing.

Im just curious what other people's experiences were with PALs and did you get the help required?

Tamiya CR-01 is no joke.

Had the local Traxxas boys laughing at my CR-01 until they saw how capable it is, this thing is a beast and really good fun to run.
