i booked a shackleton ensuite room that comes with slp. it was more expensive than anticipated and i feel awful for putting that burden on my parents, and now im worrying that ill be too restricted and will have ended up wasting a load of money. the only accommodation left are ones im not interested in as they’re too far from where ill be located, is it possible to remove slp if i give them a sob story lol? has anyone had any success?

i downloaded the game using the disk, but when i launched the game through the tsm launcher, it didnt open. i could see it on task manager, but after ten minutes (ish, maybe more) it would close itself without opening at all. i tried some fixes, like the alder lake patch, but after that it instead decided not to try opening whatsoever. is there some way that i could put it onto the ea app instead in hopes that that works instead?

a note, i dont blame the person that i bought the game from at all. the disk and contents are in perfect condition, the software is the problem, unfortunately.

all swatches appear fine in s4s, but it's acting as if the mesh doesn't exist. all the meshes are the same (LOD 0 (high)). the mesh is the "hey i like that too" poster from discover uni.

after those trainwrecks of exams, is anyone else completely blind as to what they could possibly get on results day? i have a bbb durham offer (contextual) and im scared that i’ve missed it after being so confident pre-exams.

my pc is around 1.5 years old and for a few months now, it has had moments where games completely freeze and the only thing i can do is force shut it down, or components (e.g. the browser, homescreen, or hotbar) freeze individually when i click on them. usually this goes away either after letting it sit shut down for a while or a couple of shut-downs reset it. however, i was playing mw2 2 days ago and since then, its happened repeatedly. when i reset my pc, it used to come up with a screen as if windows was not installed, showing pc hardware settings for example.

its really frustrating so id like a budget friendly option to hopefully stop these issues. im not too knowledgeable about computers but ill try to provide as much information as i can if needed
