there is no meaning to this, I was just in science class and was told to make up a sentence from ROYGBIV (its actual thing is Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet) and thats just all I could think of and then I felt like writing silly lyrics with that sentence.
I dont think radiation can cause an animal to be rabid, I just couldn't think of any reasons why the otters specifically be the ones to be rabid without being bitten by an animal with the rabies so I just went with that and decided to make up a disease caused by a radiation thats specifically only for otters.
