I was denied 2 studies due to a VPN detection.. I have had the same IP for over 4 years now and I use ATT fiber services. On the second denial I ran a What's my IP and read that I had a different IP and it was using google prefetch technology...

PSA Turn it off this way

Disable Page Preloading in Chrome:

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. Click the three vertical dots (menu) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
3. Click on Performance on the left-hand sidebar.
4. Scroll down to the Speed section.
5. Toggle the Preload pages switch to the Off position. [1, 2]

Disable IP Protection:

If you are participating in Google’s IP Protection trials, you can also disable it in your browser flags: [1]

1. In your address bar, type chrome://flags and press Enter.
2. Search for IP Protection.
3. Select Disabled from the drop-down menu next to the feature.
