Thursday 8/13! Meet us in the garden for a sunset social just for trans, enby, and genderqueer friends at PHS Pop-Up Garden on South. Bring a friend, bring your pup! We’ll be on the porch making friends and toasting the last month of summer.

It’s a very low-key, low pressure gathering. Free form - just show up and be open to chatting. There will be a sign directing where to go for our group. No cover charge. If you do bring your dog, please be sure to keep them on leash at all times ! 21+

Last week I broke my own record for number of cheeses eaten at one sitting. 15 cheeses assisted into my mouth by 8 Finn Crisp crackers. In no particular order we have: Cashel Blue, Gorgonzola dolce, Robiola, Red Cat, Gruyère, aged Parm, a basic farm blue, Intergalactic, 3 by VT Cheese co - Bonne Bouche, a semi-firm goat, and one that’s like a Ste. Marcellin whose name I forget. And Saint Nuage, Le Castagne, and Cambazola. I’m in the US.

I’m away on vacation this week and missing my cheese drawer. I think I have a problem.

Picking from the meal plans for my 6’5 son. He’s a big eater, unsurprisingly, but also a little particular. Should I start with the lowest plan and add dining dollars/just give him food money for off campus restaurants? Or a swipe plan and cross my fingers he finds food he likes at the dining halls?
