Basically, this guy (I think that's his gender ?) made a video about mods that attempt to expand minecraft's old textures for newer versions (btw, I'm 90% sure that that script is AI-generated, or at least it's used to some degree. There are "It's not just x, it's why" and absurd comparisons everywhere), and in the comment section he had to clarify that he doesn't "support" Notch, and called him a "lazy developer". I get that he doesn't agree with his controversial comments (neither do I), but come on, man. "Lazy developer"...? I don't like that. IDK if I'm misinterpreting this comment, but it kinda feels unfair to call someone else lazy when it's something like developing a game, or making a book, or drawing...

Notch made without a game engine. You know how hard it is? It's like making a flash animation but instead of a preview screen where you can move things around, you have to type in the coordinates of where you want your assets to go frame by frame. Except it isn't an animation, it's a game.

As a person that really tries to do creative things (I like FL Studio, or making flash animations), it kind of makes me sad to see a youtuber downplay notch's work like that T-T....

Hello. Me and a friend both think that old minecraft was very good and fun. And we wanted to play 1.7.3 multiplayer. But we don't know how.

I was also thinking of paying for a server so that more friends could play together, but first I just wanted to play casually with one friend to see what it's like.

Are there ways to play multiplayer for free without renting a server?

hello. I am grinding camos with the VEL 46. right now, I have to get 25 long shots, but that is really hard in multiplayer. so I had two ideas:

1: Getting longshots in Warzone.

2: Getting longshots in DMZ

my questions:

for Warzone: if I get longshots in BO7 Warzone with my MWII weapon, will it register in MWII? can I complete the challenge that way?

for DMZ: can I get longshots by killing AI, or does it only register if I kill real players?

so I wanted to turn off contrast enhancer because it just looks bad and does not respect the original vision, but whenever I try, it says “this function isn’t available”. but whenever I got into game mode (for some reason) it now lets me turn off contrast enhancer.

how do I turn it off to watch movies?
