Occasionally we'll pass by each other sometimes there is a "hello" or "excuse me" when we cross paths. There have been a couple times when we held the door for each other. The first time she sort of giggled because I was a few steps behind her and I rushed up to the door so she wasn't waiting for me to catch up. Another time, I held the same door open for her. And lately, she will avoid eye contact with me as we cross paths. Which is strange because in one of those interactions I walked right in front of her trying to make eye contact with her and greet her. But she averted her eyes down. But in the same scenario we crossed paths twice, and she said "excuse me".

Another interaction in the same day, I was 100% in her line of sight and she completely ignored as she walked by. But it turns out we were going to the same place. So I ran into her again while she was pushing a cart through. I held the door open for her as I greeted her. She completely averted her eyes. And I'm 99% sure there was not even a thank you. Her response to my greeting was so generically, ice cold. But the next day, another male coworker held open a door for her and she greeted him warmly with a giggly smile. And I've been with the company longer and have known her longer and she's never been that friendly since the time she giggled holding the door for me a few years ago. A couple days before that I've been trying to be more outgoing and say "hi" to her as I see her. Which seems to be having the opposite reaction.

What am I doing wrong here? I've seen her be friendly to other people. But she's acting like I took the jam out of her donut.

Has anyone tried these with the precut triggers? Is there any more tuning required? Or are these drop in?

With the fly by night companies on ammoseek. Zethra Ammo is good to go. I ordered from them and got tracking info within two business days.

On a 29-4 When pushing the cylinder out. 5/6 Chambers are easy to push out. The 6th can be pushed out but requires much more force on the cylinder. Any ideas on the cause of this?

The trigger seems narrow and is a hot spot under recoil. I see the older cobra had a wider trigger face. So do Smith And Wessons. Seems like an odd design choice.

The Grip module does not have aggressive texture to bite into my hands. Also the grip seems very wide for what it is being a 13 round magazine that seems narrower and longer than a Metro 3011 which holds 14 rounds. My 3011 bites a lot. And the grip is smaller and easier to get my hands around.

Trigger wise the reset is very positive. More than the 3011. However, from a fit and finish perspective there is a bit of vertical play. Equivalent to my 3011. Which is disappointing since the 2k11 costs more.

Slide to frame fit is looser than my 3011. The 2k11 does rack smoothly.

The Weight of the 2k11 being an aluminum grip vs the 3011 steel frame does make the 2k11 feel toy like. And definitely adds to the 3011 softness in recoil.

Maybe the 2k11 is the point of diminishing returns of the "2011".
