Any "no added sugar" frozen meals anyone can recommend?

I usually eat a frozen meal at lunch during the week to save time. There are a couple of brands I know that have some "no added sugar" items like Deep Indian Kitchen and Saffron Road (not all their products, but a few varieties that I like have none added). So far my selection is limited to those 2 brands but I was hoping to find some other ones. Anyone have any recommendations for frozen entrees with no added sugar? Thanks.

Porting a number from Ting to Tello?

I stupidly have been using Ting for years and am ready to GTFO. I know it's supposed to be easy to port numbers from big carriers like T-Mobile, etc. to Tello. But has anyone ported a number from a discount carrier like Ting? On the Ting site there are some steps to follow to get a PIN but I wanted to see if anyone has any experience with this and if there were any issues/how long it took before I make the move. Thanks.

Using Google maps on iPhone with blue tooth audio while playing radio at the same time - Is it possible?

I recently bought a 2019 Grand Caravan and I'm about to take it on a road trip. With my old car I could run my iPhone into the Aux port on the radio and use the Google maps app while listening to radio stations. The Google maps app would interrupt the radio station and give me audio notifications over the radio so I would know when to turn, etc. With the Grand Caravan radio it seems like it can only be one or the other, like you can only listen to Google maps audio (through Blue Tooth) or the radio station audio, not both at the same time.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have google maps audio running at the same time as the radio station so you can listen to music but still get Google maps notifications? I've tried pretty much everything I can think of (and googled for an answer) but no luck. Thanks for any help.

AT&T Internet Air, my device does not stay connected to router

Just got Internet Air and having an issue where my desktop keeps getting disconnected from the Wifi. It'll work for about 5 minutes and then disconnect consistently. I'm using a USB wireless adapter on the machine that was working fine with my old wifi router. Anyone have any ideas how to troubleshoot the issue? Maybe I'm missing something obvious, I'm not that technical. Thanks for any help.

Any musicians in Alpharetta/Roswell want to jam for fun?

Keyboard player in Alpharetta here, used to play in bands a lot but have been out of it for a while. Would like to find some local musicians who want to jam for fun. Played mostly rock, blues, funk, etc. but open to anything where keys will work (probably not extreme metal but most other styles). Thanks.

Internet has been going out daily, starts working when I call support

Having this issue and I'm ready to switch providers. Every day for several days now the internet will go out, I cycle the power on the cable modem and router several times and it does nothing. When I call Xfinity support the internet will come back as soon as I talk to an agent. I was told they run a diagnostic check on my service once they verify it is me and that seems to reset the internet connection. This has happened every time I call where the internet is restored, but it will go out again shortly after it is reset.

So there is some issue on the the Xfinity side where they are disabling my internet (I'm am completely up to date paying the bill and haven't had any late payments). Also, we haven't touched the cable inside or outside the house and the modem/router are in a part of the house that no one goes near so nothing we are doing locally in our house or yard that would affect the connection.

They want to send a technician to our house but I don't see what that would do, it's obvious they are able to reset our connection from their side, not sure how having someone come to our house will help anything. After calling many times I'm frustrated and ready to switch providers since they are not offering any other solution.

Anyone have any similar issues where the internet goes out but then it returns when you call support and they run the diagnostic check? Thanks for any help.

Crescent line from Atlanta to NYC - Best days to travel

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I don't know where else to ask it. I'm trying to plan a trip from Atlanta to NYC on the Crescent Line. I've done the trip a few times in the past but it was always on a weekend or holiday. The train was always really crowded on those days (no surprise). I was wondering if anyone has ever done that trip mid-week like a Wednesday or Thursday and if it was less crowded. It's such a long trip it sucks to be crammed into one seat for that long, hoping it's better travelling mid-week (or maybe earlier in the week?). Anyone have any experience taking that trip on a weekday? Thanks for any help.

I'm thinking of picking up Roland Zenology Pro but I'm having trouble understanding something with the ecosystem: Is there a way to buy a permanent license for the expansions? Every expansion I look at on the Roland site sends you to Roland Cloud when you try to purchase, so it appears that you have to subscribe to Roland Cloud in order to use them? Does anyone know if that's the case? Are the expansions only available through a cloud subscription?

That'd be a deal breaker for me but wanted to see if I'm missing something or if a sub is really required for expansions or maybe I'm just confused lol. Thanks for any help.

Keyboard player here, looking to try to get a blues jam together, just for fun nothing serious. The only problem is I don't have a place to jam right now so hoping someone might have a space somewhere. We'd need at least drums and bass, and guitar would be nice. If it sounds like something you'd be into let me know.
