Which wearable if primary is blue Spectra

Blue Spectra is my primary pump which I use every 3-4 hours. 70 cycle at 3 vacuum and 54 cycle at 6 vacuum level for total ~20 minutes with 2 letdowns. I feel Spectra doesn't empty me completely as I am starting to have soreness above my areola after pumping. My flange is comfortable (i think?). I have tried higher vacuum levels in the past but got clogged ducts and blisters which really scared me. I am 8 weeks pp so now looking to complement my Spectra with a wearable. Pls help me decide among these: Baby Buddha, Eufy, MomCozy, Elvie, any other? Heard good reviews about BB but is it true that vacuum level on that is pretty strong?

L1A to TN anyone?

Anyone here went from L1A to TN? I am frustrated with politics and toxicity at my current employer (L1A) so looking to explore options to change employers to continue working in the US. India born/ CA citizen with no clear timelines on GC so don’t mind transitioning to another visa for my sanity at this time. Didn’t apply for H1B this year.

  1. What all visa types can I explore besides TN?
  2. Where to start TN? Which companies are sponsoring these days?
  3. I am in supply chain but aspects of my job are technical/ engineering

How to answer this for Progressive: Have you been insured for the past 6 months with no more than a 31 day lapse?

I bought my first car in USA on Dec 31 2025 and my current insurance (SF) started from that day. My current policy is active until July 1 (I have paid this months premium). If I am doing a quote with Progressive on June 15 to start a new policy from July 2 - do I answer this question as yes or no? "Have you or your spouse been insured for the past 6 months with no more than a 31 day lapse?" --- I have been insured continuously but it hasn't been 6 months YET but will be when the new policy starts.

How to increase supply EBF to EP due to illness 6w pp

I am currently unwell and had to unexpectedly go from EBF to EP 6weeks pp. I am only producing 1/1.5oz each side per cycle (every 3-4 hours) which I feel is less as I am expecting LO to have 3.5/4oz each feed. I wanted to also start freezing for when I return to work. How do I up my supply?! Any changes in settings needed?

Spectra S1 pump settings that I follow:
0-2 mins: expression vacuum level 4
2-8 mins: 54 cycle vacuum level 7
8-10 mins: expression vacuum level 4
10-13 mins: 46 cycle vacuum level 7
14-20 mins: 54 cycle vacuum level 7

How much are you paying for auto insurance in Bellevue?

I am a relatively new driver in this country (lots of driving history in other countries though) and I pay ~1450 for my X3, currently with StateFarm. Is this similar to what y'all are paying too? Seems very high to me compared to my new driver friends in other cities.

Edited: 1450/6months!

How active is your 6/7weeks old bub?

I feel mine isn’t at all. Dozes off during feeds, is sleepy most of the time, and if not sleeping, then just wants to be held. Not playful at all! Is this all normal for this age?! Every time in discuss this with the ped, I am asked about number of diapers and weight gain. Are these the only parameters for everything? What if there is a deficiency? FTM so I’m anxious and questioning pretty much everything in life (mine and bub’s) right now

Constant anxiety of whether my baby is ok is making it difficult to bond

Basically the title. I haven’t been ‘happy’ since the birth of my baby. Not that I don’t care but I feel the constant stress and anxiety- is my baby ok, did I breastfeed enough, don’t think the latch was ok, why is poop different, crying, how to soothe, is the baby breathing ok, when should I start pumping, baby is too sleepy, witching hours, etc etc etc has taken away all the joy and the bond that I should be feeling. How to make these negative thoughts go away?

Feeling like a total failure

I am 5w pp and feel like a total failure. I have EBF my baby girl since birth, she has decent wet and poop diapers and weight gain has been fine. However, EVERY feed is a struggle for the baby. I thought she has breathing difficulties but now I understand that it is improper latch which is making her breathe very heavily during feeds. Which makes her extremely tired and she dozes off 5 mins into each feed. In the evenings, she is overstimulated and would latch and cry every 30sec! I met with a LC who suggested a feeding position which worked briefly while she was with me but then I couldn’t make it work. I may be damaging her little lungs by making her work so hard for milk.

Indeterminate hemoglobin in newborn screening

Both 1 day and 1 week newborn screening for hemoglobin came back indeterminate for my baby. The pediatrician is not concerned and said the next screening will be at 9 month. I am anxious and don’t want to miss out on any obvious signs. Should I flag to the doctor again?

Any sugar babies with respiratory challenges?

My LO is 2 weeks old. I was insulin controlled from 34w, though had few spikes despite that. I used to take 4 units each pre breakfast, pre dinner and nighttime. In the past two days, I have noticed my baby is taking deep(er) breaths and making a wheezing sound - something like congestion or as if baby is really trying hard to breathe. Noticed some sweat too behind the neck. Baby is feeding ok, has decent number of wet diapers and is back to birth weight so the paediatrician is not concerned….But being a FTM and due to insulin, I am really anxious about baby’s respiratory health. Any moms here whose babies have breathing challenges? If so, what do those look like and when did you first find out?

Should I start pumping?

FTM and LO is 12 day old. She is extremely sleepy all day, barely has any wake windows and I struggle to wake her up for feeds. For the past 2 days, she is now only feeding on one side before dozing off and then just doesn’t wake up to feed from the other side. After 2-3 hours I offer her the other side but I worry that my supply would be impacted if this continues. Should I start pumping the side she doesn’t take in a round or wait more? Need suggestions

My LO is 5-day old and does NOT burp, no matter the position. She is EBF. With sitting up and over the shoulder, she is either very sleepy or keeps moving her head making it difficult to continue patting. She would fart once a day when I try to move her legs in bicycle motion. I know I need to burp her but how do I do so when she just doesn’t?!!!! She lost weight but gained a little back so is under the 10% drop threshold currently. Her diaper count is fine so far.
