Anyone here have their polymer mag fail super quick? One of the 10rd mags that came with my rifle failed after around 100 rounds. Only function it seems to have affected is it no longer holds the bolt open after being empty.
I swear they made the new training for the customer service agents to be the biggest PIA as possible. I only have internet with Rogers and am moving so I went to cancel my line. The call was essentially:
Confirm Info, asked for cancellation due to moving and new building has included internet
Puts me on hold, tells me he is working on the request
Tells me I have an offer for a Rogers credit card, I decline (why do I want a credit card?)
Puts me on hold, tells me he is working on the request
Tells me I will have cancellation fees - I argue I do not and he can look up the service (it's month to month)
Puts me on hold, tells me he is working on the request
Tells me I can add a wireless line to bundle it, I decline
Puts me on hold, tells me he is working on the request
Gives me the speech about valued Rogers customer and I can get a deal, I decline
Puts me on hold, tells me he is working on the request
Tells me I can just suspend my service and give it to someone else in the future, I decline
Puts me on hold, tells me he is working on the request
Finally confirms my cancellation request. Call is at 30 min at this point. JFC just let me cancel.
Anyone else have this issue where the courier gives you a key to the wrong locker compartment? Photo shows my parcel in a slot (I can recognize the packaging/branding) but they gave me a key to a different locker, that of course is empty. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. Submitted a ticket and told expected 5 business days for a response. Reading is hard y'all. This is why I never select CP if I'm given options.
Edit: courier = Canada post delivery person, delivery agent, mailman. Whatever you want to call it. But yes it’s a Canada Post employee.
I have a 2026 XSE Premium with the glass roof. Noticed on my Toyota app today that I randomly got a “moon roof open” notification even though my vehicle is not equipped with one that opens? Anyone ever see a weird glitch like this on the app?
Is it normal for the 10rd mags to hold 11 rounds? I was spacing out while loading and realized I had loaded 22 rounds in my two 10rd mags. Are anyone else’s magazines like this? I didn’t have to use any noticeable extra force or anything. I’ve always usually loaded only 10 and only realized tonight.

As the title states, has anyone actually had any good experiences with Firearms Outlet Canada? Getting back into the sport after several years of hiatus. I’ve been to their old store and had a pretty piss poor interaction with them. They act like everything you ask is a chore and it’s a privilege to be buying from them.
Thought I would try them again since they’re 5 min from my folks place. Called to ask to price match a $30 difference on a rifle and was told they only price match Ontario stores. Then I asked if I pick it up can I get a few bucks off from shipping savings since they offer free shipping over $500 (yes my order was over $500) and was also told no.
Naturally I ordered my rifle from another reputable shop online.
My 5th gen has been great but the only glaring issue is that I have noticed the rear passenger area is noticeably warmer on hot days. I usually just set the desired temp and leave it on Auto but it doesn't seem to cool the rear area very well. Being a smaller interior, I thought not having rear vents on the center console would be fine, but my dog seems to be a lot hotter versus my previous vehicle.
Anyone else have this issue? Is there better settings to have the cabin's temperature more uniform?
Does anyone ever actually receive theirs? I’ve had a few sent to me and they have never reached me. Does CP just chuck them?
Does anyone know if there’s an actual hardware difference for charging mode in other countries outside of Canada & US? Since it’s no longer available for 2026 models and what I assume moving forward, is it just a software difference aka someone will develop a way to unlock the feature in the future?
In case anyone stumbles across this, my condo doesn’t have L2 chargers/no nearby public chargers so I’ve been just using the F3800 battery to charge my car. Gives me about 25-30% of charge each round and takes just under an hour. It charges at home at 1800W with a 120V and I just repeat the process. Not ideal but it works! Specifically the F3800 and not the F3800 Plus because the regular model has a NEMA 14-50 port.
