Anyone else genuinely likes Mitsukoshi Food Hall?

I finally got to explore Mitsukoshi, and I actually enjoyed it. The place is beautiful, clean, and overall, it’s nice naman.

I liked that there were a lot of Japanese food options in one place, so it’s fun to try something new every visit.

True enough, some stalls are on the pricier side, but I expected that given the location and concept.

Although…It’s not the kind of place I’d go to every week, but it’s definitely somewhere I’d bring my Mama or visit whenever I’m craving Japanese food.

What’s your favorite stall there? Looking for recommendations for our next visit! Hehe 🍜🍣🍘🥟

Ha Noi Pho in Makati is surprisingly good. Anyone else feels it’s one of the more authentic Vietnamese spots here?

I finally tried Ha Noi Pho, and I was honestly impressed. The pho tasted really authentic, at least compared to the Vietnamese restaurants I’ve tried in Manila. + laki pa ng serving size.

Babalikan! 💯💯💯

Botejyu…di ako natuwa

Soafer underwhelming. “Best seller” daw, so siyempre mataas ang expectations. For a ramen that’s priced at almost 450 ata, ang konti ng serving 😭 Hindi rin siya yung ramen na mapapaisip kang balikan.

Di na uulit. 😭

POV: Adulting is adulting when you become your mother’s mother 😭😂

I say…bilog talaga ang mundo, no? 😂🤭

A mother’s warmth stays the same, no matter how old we get 🥹

I’m just feeling drained lately so… gusto ko lang manahimik. Then, here she is. Hahaha Na para bang minor pa ko, Ma 😂

I guess I love how consistent she is 😂♥️

Frankie's New York Buffalo Wings

Not the cheapest, but the portion size and quality make it worth it anddd satisfying. The garlic parmesan stood out the most, very creamy, garlicky, and not overpowering in a bad way. Salted egg was rich and savory with that familiar umami kick, while the cheesy one, ( i forgot the flavor) was very indulgent na nakakaumay sa katagalan haha.

Na-try niyo na din ba? Any cheaper alternatives, tho?

Main Concern: red marks after maligo
Lifestyle Factors: no vices
Budget: <1000
Additional Info: took 40 mins.

(Lahat kami government employees-GOCC and NGA).

Sabi nila, bantayan daw si Kuya.

Dahil sobrang vocal niya sa FB about political issues these days, you know, the senateflix and all. Tapos lagi pa kasi siyang nasa bundok. Kasapi na raw ba siya ng NPA. So far, UNDER MONITORING na raw siya.

Sarah’s Bakehouse classic burnt cheesecake

It’s my first time eating burnt cheesecake, and…

Gets ko yung appeal nung slightly burnt top and yung soft na center, pero parang hindi ako umabot dun sa “omg this is heaven” level na reaction na nakikita ko online haha, naumay din ako agad eh

Sa mga fan ng Sarah’s or any other brand ng cheesecake, acquired taste ba yung burnt cheesecake or love-at-first-bite talaga siya for most people?

Any recos for the best Xiaolongbao in Metro Manila?

Been craving lately and I feel like every place claims they have the “best” but I wanna hear real opinions 😭

Drop your go-to spots pls—bonus if juicy yung broth and hindi dry yung skin 🥲

Just got back from Vietnam and I swear I’ve been craving bánh mì ever since 🥲

Tried O’ Banh Mi in Robinsons Galleria already but honestly… meh lang for me.

Any recos for authentic / legit bánh mì spots in Manila (or Makati / QC / BGC area)?

But would love to hear personal faves from people who’ve actually tried them esp yung close to Vietnam quality sana (crispy bread, good pâté, pickled veg, etc.)

Help a girl out pls 😭🥖

I was expecting at least a decent matcha flavor for P115, but it tasted pretty mild and more on the creamy/sweet side. Not bad, pero nothing special either. After a few bites, medyo nakakaumay na rin. 🫥

For the price, I guess it’s okay as a quick dessert fix, but if you’re a matcha fan, you might feel like something’s missing. Parang kulang sa depth yung matcha and overall lasa is just “meh.”

Curious if it’s just me… did anyone actually like it or same experience?
