Microstutters

I recently bought a new build with an rx 9060xt 16gb, however I’ve noticed microstuttering in games which aren’t as consistent but they still occur almost every game, I’ve played multiple to make sure it isn’t shader compilation and I’ve also done many other steps including.

memtest86
Reseating both ram and gpu
Turn expo off and on
Bios update
Driver rollback
Disable Ethernet and wifi

Nothing still seems to work, it runs at high fps but it’s just not a smooth gaming performance.

Specs:
Gigabyte B650 gaming plus wifi
32GB ddr5 CL40
Ryzen 5 7500f
Rx 9060xt 16gb
SPP nvme ssd

Any help is much appreciated:)

Pc Virus Help FPS GAME

Hi everyone I need help knowing if my pc is okay or if I am just paranoid.

I first built my pc around a week ago during the first boot up and the first few days I was getting 700-800 fps in a specific spot in a specific game mode, after a bit I was getting only 600-700 on the same settings, I though this happened because of a virus because I accidentally clicked on a youtube softonic ad for lively wallpaper, so I factory reseted my entire pc just for peace of mind and just to check if drivers were all good. After doing that the game still gave me 600-700 fps, in everything else the pc was fine, wasn’t slow in general and cpu gpu usage at idle was completely fine, im only this paranoid cuz i had a crypto miner a few years ago.

**How I checked, and what anti viruses I used.**

I was still paranoid so i ran all full scans with, **malware bytes, Norton 360 and windows defender** which all gave me a clean bill of health, i checked **process explorer** too and all processes running gave me 0/77 and clean bill of health too, i even ran an **offline windows defender virus scan** and it didn’t find any threats. I didn’t even get any pop ups, the only worry was the slight fps drop.

Hi I had a question that may sound silly, a couple years ago I got a hardware ban on 2k23 on my old pc, now I have a new pc and I just wanted to know if I logged into that old steam account, will 2k23 make my new pc hardware banned too? Or am I safe to play it without any hardware bans on my new pc with the existing steam account from my old pc with 2k on it.
