My first manifestation worked!!

I do know that we have been manifesting our entire lives consciously and unconsciously but I've been wanting to do it on my own. I surfed through the internet seeing how to do it or what tricks and techniques actually work. By the end of the day I got tired of so many different tricks- the whisper method, visualization, the scribing method and so much more, I got really confused on which one to try so I didn't follow any systematic method.

Before sleeping I asked for a chocolate, yes a chocolate to see if it really works. I imagined my mom bringing me chocolate back from work and how it made me feel. However I asked for it the very next day which ofc didn't happen so I got a little disappointed and till the next day I completely forgot about it. 2-3 days later my brother got me a chocolate that too my cousin who's NEVER got me anything willingly my entire life. That too a chocolate I had never tried before. I realised it the next day that this is exactly what I wanted.

This made me realise what people meant when they say it is already yours the moment you want it. That chocolate had my name on it in every bite all it took me was to ask for it. The universe doesn't follow any rules (just like my brother bringing me the chocolate instead of my mom) or time (I didn't get it the very next day like I had asked). Maybe it works for some that way but in most cases it doesn't. A single chocolate was all it took for me to believe that each one of us can get what we desire. I'm sorry if it's getting too long but I really wanted to share what I felt during my first experience. I'll probably try with something bigger the next time and share it too and for everyone reading this- The universe loves you, it's working with you and is always in your favour. Don't forget to be grateful for what you have and you will have even if it's a mere chocolate.

Problem meditating as a beginner

Hey everyone, I'm new to meditation and I started because I wanted to spiritually connect with myself better. It's only been a few days since I started. The first 2-3 days felt good and I was able to relax my mind and focus on my breath but after that I just couldn't close my eyes for too long like barely a few minutes. I keep opening my eyes I feel something is blocking it or there's some sort of fear inside of me. No matter how much I try I'm not able to close my eyes for more than 5 minutes. Is my brain resisting it? What is happening? I'm looking for guidance so I can pass this state and meditate with my own will for as long as I can Also just to mention I feel like I hear sounds or feel some kind of presence which makes me open my eyes and no matter how much self-talk I do it doesn't really help rather it distracts me from relaxing

I want you all to share your manifestation techniques that actually work for you EVERY SINGLE TIME. Something you rely on when you want something really bad and I don't mean keep repeating what you want, I want something different from the ordinary.

How to start my spiritual journey

Hey everyone, I'm actually new to this sub since I've recently been feeling more drawn towards spirituality. I have a guava tree in my backyard which has been there ever since I was a kid and I used to talk to it sometimes but somehow stopped and I've been feeling this urge to reconnect with nature. I've also started meditating and I wanna know in general how to manifest or begin my journey. What things I should do or avoid. Also I love reading about spirits and philosophy and basically have new interests every other week. If anyone has anything to say, any advice or experiences I'd love to hear them.
