hello! as the title says, I’m looking for extremely low maintenance suggestions. I have hair that falls somewhere between very wavy and curly. not top to bottom ringlets but it does twist into what I would consider more than a wave.
my problem is that with my job and schedule I don’t have the time or care to do a full curly routine. I’m wondering if someone can suggest one or two extremely low-lift things I can do to make my curls last and remove as much frizz as possible.
Dont hate me - but my current routine is basically shampoo and conditioner, air dry. im a night showerer.
is drying cream the answer? is it a hair oil? please don’t tell me it’s a full curly routine (even though I know that’s how I’ll yield the very best results) because that’s just not something I can do.

but as a fitness instructor for “over 3+ years!” im shocked that she can only squat 95 pounds (25+25+45lb bar). it doesn’t even look like she’s doing a million reps at a time, maybe 5-10 and she’s clearly REALLY struggling.
when I was an athlete as a 14-15 year old they had us squatting way more than that, 10 reps at a time. 95 is what I’d maybe expect an average adult woman to be able to do who is relatively untrained, not a literal fitness instructor launching an app to train the masses?

Go on Jenna, explain to me what goal that’s not weight related you hit? Are you finally able to squat a goal amount? Was your goal to be able to run a mile? I HIGHLY doubt she sets any goals that don’t relate to her own weight, and it’s gross to pretend otherwise.

I know everyone’s tired of the Reece speculation, but here’s one more perspective on why they might be keeping it hush hush for now.
If a major storyline is Reece considering retirement, it’s just as valuable to the show to keep it a secret whether she stays or goes. So if she doesn’t retire but someone else (say, Kylie or Karley) does, that keeps all the big speculation around their shining star either way. I don’t think them not sharing, or having a promo photo of Reece, is indicative of anything besides her having a storyline.
IMO people are really jumping to conclusions and not thinking critically.
