Not even anti-sex myself, I just hate how gross people are about sex and attraction in general.

I don't know how to explain it, but in a weird way, the way people talk and behave around sex makes sex unnecessarily perverted.

Number one is the gross idea that sex is something "done to" a woman, rather than it being a mutual consenting activity.

Why is there such an incessant need for there to be any power dynamic at all? Like even in gay and lesbian relationships, there always has to be a "top" and a "bottom". Again, why is there a need for a power dynamic in the first place? Who made up these rules?

Not to mention how so many people have somehow conflated sex positivity with jumping in bed with literally anyone without knowing anything about them.

How is making sure a person has basic hygiene, and doesn't have any diseases before I have sex with them make me a prude? Even if this person is attractive, I'm not opening my legs without knowing if he even washes his ass with soap.

I've noticed a pattern online of a lot of people having this bizarre sense of superiority over animals.

I'm not vegan myself, respectfully, but I think people here will relate to what I'm trying to say more than anywhere else on this platform.

For some bizarre reason, a lot of people online seem to seek validation in feeling superior to animals, regardless of what animal it is, or the context.

Literally any post or discussion involving an animal, there are always people arguing about human superiority in some way, whether it be complaining about people "with too much empathy" for said animal or outright unnecessary aggression and violence.

I've been thinking about this a lot, and it's still hard to put into words, but you all get what I'm trying to say here right? Not to mention the extreme aggression and desire for violence against pets in general, specifically dogs.

I've had a lot of time to think about this, but I think I've figured out the real reason behind all negative attention towards Taylor.

Short answer:

She's girly, and girly stuff isn't supposed to be more popular than stuff that isn't girly.

Long Answer:

She specifically writes for herself and other women.

The general public sees things that are girly, or have an audience that's mostly women as either juvenile, or beneath them. Twilight? Justin Bieber? Kpop? Boy bands in general? There's a pattern here.

Problem though, she has more success than a lot of artists and celebrities that aren't as girly, and she's not going away. This isn't supposed to happen. Another post mentioned that you see comments about how she's not attractive, or how ugly she is, or how someone like her could be so popular. Again, there's a pattern.

In today's world, women aren't supposed to be successful unless they are sexy or eye candy. Taylor doesn't market herself this way, this combined with her writing being from her perspective, her success doesn't make sense to anyone that doesn't relate to her lyrics.

This is why she stands out. She's an easy target because she is unironically the odd one out when it comes to how she climbed the industry. Sex appeal and writing about how desirable you are to men is where the money is, so her success literally doesn't make sense in the current system.

I can't believe they actually did it, I'm losing my mind.

As someone that's into home decor, the one thing that's been bothering me is the way walls and floors disappear automatically, and there was no way to stop it.

But they actually did it. Nevermind the giant list of other amazing things like a playable school and being able to open a clothing shop.

I'm so happy😭. Idk how they managed to address a problem so niche, but they did it. I've seen like only one or two other people online having this specific problem, but they fixed it 😭

They hate Taylor because she's girly. That's literally what all of it comes down to.

The true reason behind all of the hate for Taylor, every ounce of hate she has ever gotten throughout her entire career, is because, she's girly.

Taylor got her success from being a girl's girl that writes for herself and other women exclusively, and this is what pisses people off the most.

They don't understand why she's so popular, because they literally don't understand. Society has decided that anything considered girly or anything that appeals to women or girls is immature and cringe.

Justin Bieber? Kpop? Twilight? Boy bands in general? How is it possible that Taylor Swift is the most successful music artist right now, yet all she makes is "girly" music? Surely something must be wrong, right?

Oh and the world MUST know that I'm a woman that doesn't like Taylor Swift, because that would make me boring, cringe and girly, amirite?

Oh and don't forget, the world MUST know that I'm a man that hates Taylor Swift because it's the only way that I can feel superior to a successful woman that doesn't care whether I think she's sexy or not, absolutely.

Anyways, I've just been thinking about this a lot lately, and you can literally trace all of her hate back to this one reason. Most of you have probably already figured this out ages go.

No amount of excuses will stop me from criticizing age gap relationships.

Any woman with experience will clock this bullshit from a mile away.

These men will either date women under the age of 25, or they will target women that have unfortunately had a hard life, and are emotionally stunted as a result.

These men can't even look women their age in the eye, but they will prey on women will little life experience.

Edit: I deleted and reposted, I'm sorry about the typo in the original title, I feel so embarrassed 😭😭😭.

Question, why is this high sodium sims sub unironically the most chill life sim sub?

People are... reasonable and smart here? Um hello? Am I in a bizarro world right now?

This kinda leads into another question that I have. What is this bizarre mass psychosis in the life sim community when it comes to the definition of "early access"?

Because again, am I the crazy one, or is this discussion around Paralive's early access weirdly identical to when Inzoi's early access first released?

Is "buy this clearly not finished game if you want to, or wait till it is" that hard to understand?
