Recently turned 32 and the fittest I've ever been! Sharing my progress
Starting weight - 108 kgs
Current weight - 88 kgs
Workout -
Strength training - 6x a week
Cardio - 3-4x a week
Diet - Pretty flexible but I actively try to hit 150 grams of protein everyday. Non vegetarian.
Supplements - Creatine, Omega3, Whey protein, Pre workout
Other - Quit smoking, reduced drinking to once a month & cut toxic people off for better mental health 😂
