thinking something visually appealing that has a lot of content / replayability

I have the base model with controller but want more storage for my games. I want to play all types of games (including next gen or more demanding ones).

Can I get a micro sd express or is it not compatible with steam machine? I'm assuming a normal micro sd would be too slow.

Or what about replacing internal ssd, any recs on specific brands or models? Looking for 2+GB.

Or is there any other way?

I game on PS5 daily, play basically every type of game, and am an ADHD yapper who will talk your ear off about everything music, film, and hockey. I was born and raised in San Diego, California and then went up north for college at UC Berkeley. I love the outdoors and taking drives along the coast. I've received my 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo and developed an emergency comms business in high school. More recently, I founded a social fraternity at Cal, publisbed a coming-of-age fiction novel, and am currently in early stages of screenwriting for a movie.

Some types of games I like are big open world single-player rpgs, arpgs, soulslikes, rougelites, shooters, and anything co-op. But I'm down to play whatever, more just looking for a long term friend to chat and vibe with. All my college friends went separate ways and I was in the hospital for a couple years after graduation so I be a lonely kid lol

I loved FF7 Rebirth and am looking for a big new open world jrpg to get my hands on. I'm on PS5.

Some things to note - I'm not a big fan of turn based combat (sorry) and I want something with similar vibrant art style and special effects in which I can explore various regions and discover side quests with constant progression & builds to try. I prefer male protagonists and relatively recent games, say 2023+ with tons of content.

I have liked Avowed art style, Granblue Fantasy Relink art style, Outer Worlds 2 art style, Dragon Age Veliguard art style, and Kingdoms of Amalur Re-Reckoning art style, among many others.

Google AI told me I could choose a character that is more action oriented rather than stealth. How true is this? Will I still have to do stealth missions and sneaking through fortresses?

TLDR: is this game worth getting for me and my tastes? If not, I might just buy Ghost of Yotei.

FYI: the reason I'm asking is bc I have played prior AC games and loved everything besides the stealth and naval combat.
