Just finished building this fun little tool for visualizing word relationships. You can choose a word to see its synonyms, as well as related words, their definitions, etc.

More relevant words are closer to the center of the map, while less relevant are further away, and words with a similar color (or just near each other) are more closely related to each other. So it's kind of a 3-dimensional explorer. It's also meant to be very wikipedia-game-rabbit-hole clickable.

FYI this is totally free, no signup or ads, I'm making zero money here. I'm just proud of it and thought y'all might appreciate it.

Next I'd like to add some etymology features (maybe word roots, history) but haven't gotten that far yet. Would love any feedback!

Throwing out a loose thought here: what if matches had a pre-game lobby that showed the map, the players, and the distribution of ship types on each team (not necessarily the exact ships players are running), and we had until the game started to edit commander and ship specs?

If teams have a carrier, you could spec into AA. If teams have 4 DDs, you could equip radar/sonar instead of smoke. If mostly battleships, maybe spec your cruiser into HE instead of AP. Maybe you choose to kite or brawl depending on the map and ship variety.

I'm sure there's some downsides to this, but it would feel nice (and still skill-oriented) to be able to spec more intentionally instead of "just in case"

I've got like 7 years of experience in crypto. Frontend web3 engineer, UI/UX design, Graph protocol experience, Solidity experience, mildly-recognizable founder. Farmed DeFi summer, rode the NFT wave, very familiar with all the tools and paradigms. So I'm not fresh and I'd consider myself to be a pretty qualified candidate in some areas.

I'm looking for short-term/part-time/contract work that I could do remotely. Building or modifying a web app, developing token/protocol principles, subgraph-esque data layer work, may be open to something else entirely.

Aside from crawling through Discords of tiny projects, could anyone offer a lead where I could find something like this?

Hi all, I've lived in CO for a few years and have had a tough time finding MTB friends. So naturally I made an app for it (men will do anything but go to therapy --jk i am in therapy)

It works a lot like a dating app, but is designed to help find friends for a specific activity (MTB, road cycling, hiking, climbing, skiing/snowboarding, etc). It's only just launched, but I'm looking for folks to try it out, and to let me know if it seems useful to you.

I'm not representing a big company, I do not have any funding, this is my own personal project and I'd just like to get it out there. If you have any questions please DM me!
