Got to wait a week for outcome of assessment NHS?

Did anyone have to wait for the outcome of their assessment? I recently had mine and she said I displayed autistic and ADHD traits, she said she couldn’t give me an answer right now because they need to look through the assessment report.

I’m worried I haven’t scored enough, I do think I’m autistic but I’m wondering if I do have ADHD and it masks a lot of the autism symptoms.
Im worried now that they may think it’s just ADHD even though I’m really sensory.

Anyone shed light on what they will do whilst they go back and rethink the assessment?
I know I won’t be able to get assessed again so this is nerve wracking!

Feel like I’m in every group at this rate, anyone worried about prolapse in here?

Had an episode of constipation and this I may have strained more than I should have as by this point it was frustrating me and I wanted it OUT.
Anyone strained really bad and move around a lot? Like shuffle side to side, front back?

Worried I’ve given myself a prolapse now because I definitely think I pushed too far.

How long do you all strain for? Think it was easily 10 minutes! Fed up of this now, think I’d rather not eat than worry about it all the time.

Can LPR really make you feel this unwell?

Awaiting ENT but doctor have suspected silent reflux, my Hpylori test was negative.

Randomly started developing neck tightness and voice box irritation. Symptoms come and go but I’d say linger around more. I get some days ( like today ) where my throat feels so irritated it actually makes me feel ill, like I have a viral infection but I know I don’t.
Can it really make you feel like that?
I was prescribed omperazole but the doctor didn’t really want me taking it unless I really need to due to side affects. I’ve been using gaviscon instead and it’s obviously not doing anything.

Thought I could combat it myself but i can’t see it ever going.

Can anyone give tips? Should I stop eating certain time before bed?

I never knew silent reflux could cause such a disruption in daily life. I’ve had heart burn a few times in my life but never this!! Makes me feel so unwell without even being able to pin point what’s wrong with me.

I can’t see it ever going 😭😭

GP thinks it’s silent reflux, any coughers here?

I’ve had this persistent tight neck/throat feeling. Hard to explain! Doesn’t feel sore but feels irritated and like I’ve got a rubber band around it with this persistent mild dry cough that will not go!

I’ve been given omperazole. Is there people in here who suffer with the cough?
And am I in for a long run with this ? All I see is people having it for months! Thankfully I’m under ENT with my ears so I can see them soon! But what on earth is this. It’s like having a weird chronic virus!

Any tips to help manage it I’d be grateful, please don’t say cutting out coffee 🥲

Advice on matrix Sync hair dye

Right I’m dying my hair from a level 6 pre dyed hair. I’ve used L’Oréal semis for years.
I’m looking at now going a nice solid black brown.
I’m really stuck on whether to go for the Demi or perm. I don’t want red tones in the sun at all. I really dislike it and this is what’s making me want to go practically black but I know it’s too harsh.

Im looking at 3N/3NN. I don’t have many greys, probably about 50 all together. I want a non fading colour ideally. L’Oréal casting just seemed to fade in weeks.

thoughts ? Any tips would be appreciated

First neck extraction during massage

Has my first massage today and although it felt more deep pressure than medium pressure it was enjoyable until she started doing what they call a neck extraction? Is this normal for a relaxation massage treatment. It took my by surprise, it was a little uncomfortable, especially how hard the press around the neck as well.

Would this be normal? Obviously never had one before, I feel quite achey now. I’m guessing that’s normal for massages?

Thanks

Rotator cuff tendinitis with no obvious injury

Not seeking professional diagnosis!! 36F no health conditions no medications

I’ve not had any scans but PT thinks I have tendinitis, I’ve not had any obvious injury and I don’t do any repetitive sports or any activities for that matter that require a lot of shoulder movement.
I personally think mine could be calcium deposits ? I woke up one day and it was just there, no warning or pre pains. Have any one had similar??
It feels completely relieved with ibuprofen but the nights and morning are awful, it’s so so painful!!

How long have it taken for you people to recover with just tendinitis and not a tear?
I’m on day 9 and don’t know how can cope
With this for months 😭

Any tips would be appreciated.

36F, no medication.
Started developing oily skin randomly and have never ever been oily or acne prone. My make up and skincare routine was all the same. Nothing changed.
Now I’ve tried Cerave, la Roche posay and now I’m on neutregena hydro range,
Cleanser then serum and then the gel based moisturiser.
I’m now going to start using the ordinary.

Can someone tell me if they’ve had this randomly later in life and got it under control ?? Make up just slides off my face!
I miss my dry face :(
