I was having an issue and was speaking with an agent. Eventually got connected to the “supervisor” which I highly doubt was a real human, they sent paragraphs long messages responding to me within 1 second of me sending them. No way a human could have read my message let alone type a paragraph that quickly.

Just gave up on getting the issue resolved and called them an AI only to instantly get this paragraph a second later🤣

This is an actual event I am holding in case anyone lives in Calgary and wants to attend🤣

Just went to move my seat and it looks like someone’s eggs fell into this crevasse and it went unnoticed by me. I can’t remember buying these eggs anytime recently so who knows how long they’ve been there🤦‍♂️. Just checked and I don’t actually have any missing item reported.

Now I feel guilty as hell, I took someone’s eggs and they didn’t even report it.

I don’t even know what warranted this. It was only 8 items and I had to refund 1 of them. It was customer C so it took me a while to deliver. Their cold items definitely warmed up a bit sitting in my car. The order total was only like $60.

This just made my week, I’m going out on a first date with a girl later so I can go home a bit earlier to get ready now🤣

Never had this happen before, I left it at the end of the produce aisle to go get some parsley and came back to see all my items emptied and the cart GONE.

Pretty sure I saw the dude who did it too🤣 I was asking an employee who was there if he saw someone do it and noticed a guy running away with an empty cart. We made eye contact and he bolted away.

I went to customer service to ask for change since I needed a coin for the cart and she felt so bad she just gave me a free dollar lol.

Tbh I expected absolutely nothing to be done for us. Yeah it doesn’t make up for the hours we all wasted but hey it’s better than nothing I guess

I’ve gotten my weekly bump every Thursday like clockwork since they introduced it. This week I got the email saying I drove enough and qualified but the money never came through. I’ve tried contacting support a few times since yesterday and I get the feeling Instacart is just going to steal my mileage pay for this week

Just delivered an order and right after got a notification to return 3 items from the order I had just left at the customers house. (It was crackers, chocolate, and pancake mix. Nothing prohibited)

Not gonna lie thought I was gonna get deactivated or something for not being able to do the return the items. I’m obviously not going back to the customers house and asking them to give me back the chocolate bar and crackers from their order I just dropped off.

Support took like 20 minutes to deal with it. But they eventually ended up making that return go away and I still ended up still getting the return pay despite not having done anything.

Weird experience, not really sure why this happened. But hey free $11 I guess lol

Accidentally Apple payed with my own card instead of the Instacart card on a batch.

How cooked am I lol? Am I ever going to be reimbursed?
