Hi guys! Sorry in advance I am very ill educated on the process of becoming an emr in Alberta.

I'm currently a lifeguard holding intermediate first aid cprc + aed cert, and a bunch of other aquatic certifications, and I am pretty educated in first aid. I am planning to attend med school, leading me to make this decision.

I am currently in grade 12 -- turning 18 in April -- and want to start the process of becoming an emr.
What is the correct pathway to become one? Does anyone reccomend any schools in Edmonton? And is it worth it overall?
Would you recommend becoming an EMR (I've also heard about mfr not fmr lol)?
I would really appreciate the advice!
Thank you so much :-)

Hi guys! I'm currently a lifeguard but I'm open to a second job. I have intermediate first aid, cprc + aed, and a lot of other aquatic certifications.

Are any retail, or receptionist jobs hiring around the westend? Or southside. I'm 17 turning 18 in a few months and I have my own car meaning reliable transportation!!

Please lmk I am super down to work in retail, fashion, and more! :)

Hi guys what do you get paid as a lifeguard??

I'm going into my 12th grade year but I'm an alberta student aiming for ubc. Does ubc care if i only take one ib course?? I'm taking analysis and approaches sl, and calculus.

Should i drop analysis and approaches?? Or will that make my admission for ubc more competitive
