London Stadium Tour - Emirates or Chelsea?

Stuck in London a few extra days now due to the heat wave. Those that have done it, If you could tour Emirates or Chelsea, which would you do?

Son is a Nottingham forest fan, but with the heat that’s a bit of a haul from London in non-air conditioned trains.

Edit: Thanks all for the thoughts/suggestions. picked Emirates. Shortest commute, shortest train. It’s been an interesting trip.

Overseas Travel Options - 2026

Family is on light speed with a combination of unlimited flex and starter on annual plans. And going to be Traveling in Europe for a few weeks.

I don’t think the 1 gig extra for a month per line will work for us. Yes we will be lowering our usage while traveling, but still a bit low when factoring usage when out and about.

Options:

- Add international roaming for $15/30 per line?
- Get a euro eSIM for each line with our duration there?

Over/Under on Windshield Replacements?

I’ve been driving for over 25 years. Fortunately I’ve never had to replace a windshield, and had to fill in spots twice.

With my ‘22 Mach e (3.5 years old), I’ve now had 3 stone hits that created a web that will require a windshield replacement. This will be the 2nd Safelite one this has happened to.

My roads here are okay, I’ve been in states with worse roads. I don’t drive in gravel roads.

Is this a car engineering issue? Is it a Safelite product issue?

Recommendations for Low Maintenance Lawn Design - Western Burbs

Tired of weeding/spraying, fertilizing, and watering lawns. In an HOA and have 2 dogs with an invisible fence, so not willing to go full native with knee/waist high wildflowers. Water prices are also getting higher.

I’ve tried clover planting to have more green with less water, and cardboard to kill weeds. Success wasn’t high. I feel like I have unwillingly embraced the takeover of creeping Charlie in my yard.

Any recommendations for landscape designers willing to help me out here, more beds and less lawn and pet friendly, that you don’t need to live in a mansion on lake Minnetonka to afford? Willing to do in phases.

Thanks in advance.

Twin cities recommendations

TLDR: recommendations for no lawn design professionals in the twin cities?

I’m in the Twin Cities, in an HOA, with two large dogs on an invisible fence. We have about .4 acres. And on both sides there is not edging/beds separating from the neighbors.

I’m really not a fan of watering and chemicals, since we do live across the street from a large lake.

We Tried clover seeding, and cardboard to little success.I think I need a professional to give me a hand, while I know I may need to do in phases for the $$.

Any recommendations for the outer burbs?

Fixing Lawn/Fence after Fiber install

Had our fiber sitting on top of the snow after a winter install. Finally last week they came back to bury it. We were very zealous to mark our dog invisible fence to make sure it wasn’t cut, and unfortunately they cut it.

After buying a sensor from Amazon (~$40) and making my lawn look like the movie Holes, I gave up searching for the ends of the broken wire and will need to pay $150+ to fix this. Will this be reimbursed by Xfinity?

And btw, the Amazon cable finder doesn’t work, gave it a 1*.

Earlier today the app showed an outage in my area. Now I can’t find anywhere on the app where it says there is an outage. I went to the chatbot and said their was an outage, it confirmed my phone number to send an update. Still haven’t received anything.

There isn’t a phone number to call in the app. How do I report something or get an update?

My neighbors with xfinity fiber also had their service drop.
