Hello. I have resorted to just listening with headphones because of an issue I am having. Any passive speakers I plug into the receiver create a static sound (I have some small realistic bookshelves speakers and a pair of technics floor speakers). This all used to work. And at first the A right and left terminals were the only ones doing this static sound. Now both A and B terminals so it making using my two sets of speakers unusable. I’ve looked around online and I think I have eliminated the speakers being the issue and that I need to use an oxidize cleaning spray on the inside on the receiver. Does that sound accurate?
Playing this one for the first time in a minute and I adore these live renditions.
Incredible luck. So far some seemed used for sure, or they just spent a lot of time in storage. Some had old batteries in the remotes. Some did not have any batteries and also stickers on the screen about how to use the dvd player like they were never used.
Got these floor speakers today and it is such an upgrade from the tiny realistic bookshelf speakers I had.
Slotted in a classic tonight.
Was excited to find a tape of this Neutral Milk Hotel album
Enjoying throwing the Roku on this Memorex on WFH days. Been fun to watch some World Cup games this way.
Local shop had some good stuff traded in recently.
I have an insignia NS-HAIOR18 connect to a Sony receiver (STR-VX550), and the receiver is connected to my Sony tape deck (TC-FX410R). I have pictures attached of how I have hooked this up which I assume is incorrect. Currently no sound comes out. When I switch the cords to rec out > line out on the tape deck sound appears but the receiver volume controls to not work. Just the insignia dial works for changing the volume. Any ideas on how I have this set up wrong. I want to be able to utilize my receiver and have the insignia act as my speakers.
Here is how it’s going after 6 months. The red sleeve has other albums like 3eb, incubus, family values tours, smashing pumpkins Judas 0, etc.
