Really wanting one before a trip next week. Would be my first camera since I sold my 5DII in 2020. I’m a sucker for boxes if you still have it. Budget of $1000 or so.

I graduated last July, 2025. Realizing it’s almost been a year. I was targeting Business Analysis roles. I landed a few interviews but nothing. I already have a Master’s in a completely unrelated field and my current job is becoming unbearable so I started applying in that field and have gotten a ton of interviews.
I’m not abandoning BA roles but I really can’t get hired in them right now. It sucks. How’s everyone else doing?
I’m traveling to the Bay Area during the weekend of the 29-31st. Was wondering if there were any meets I could Uber to? Sort of like the ones I always see on YouTube. Last time I went to LA, I caught one and it was pretty neat.
I live out in the middle of nowhere Midwest so these types of meet are rare.
My FIL took my seed spreader from the shed (without asking, fuck you) and with zero accountability in his head, he didn’t put it back where he found it, leaving it in the garage. And of course my wife would come home, open her car door at full Kamehameha force, and now we have a chip that’s metal deep.
Car is two weeks old. I have a friend that does paint professionally and offered to fix it. The price isn’t an issue. I just feel like… the car is gonna incur more damage likely anyways, should I just put touch up on it for now? Would that be fine for the time being to protect from rust and the elements?
EDIT: Happy wife, happy life so I’m leaning toward repairing it the right way lol.
