If there’s any bird Nerds here I’d like help identifying them (if that’s even possible) located in Britain, my neighbour found him in their garden, presumably fell out the nest as there are not visible injuries.
I’m pretty sure I messed this guy up as I left him for too long during the first stage of the tutorial I was reading and he has a funky smell but he looks alright for now.
I have done a crayfish specimen before but it was only small and I can’t even remember how I did it.

Really struggling to find a tutorial for a base this simple, especially since I’m using fleece instead of faux fur. This isn’t the best picture but it’s the only one I have, he is very tube shaped? I think that’s the best way to describe it. So draping isn’t really an option and neither is duct tape.

At first I thought it was just a picture that had been poorly scaled or compressed or something like that but now I’m starting to think it’s ai due to the random dots and the weird smoothness/roundness of the lines

(Picture not mine just the listing I got it from) I’ve been thinking about getting a vinegaroon(?) but I’m open to suggestions! I’m looking for something ‘easy’ to care for and I’m trying to go for a bio active/planted set up

Tomorrow night I’ll be going on holiday and I was planning to sort out his tank when I got back (hence the mess) I am well aware this is probably my fault and I feel so guilty. I’ve had this betta for about a year and recently he has been very active and healthy so I don’t know why this has just happened. I thought it was bloat but I’m not too sure.
He’s been lying on the bottom of the tank all day and at first I thought he was just sleeping until I took a closer look and realised he was incredibly bloated and couldn’t swim upwards because his front end was too heavy to lift. Just as I was taking a picture of him he went crazy swimming all over the place and trying to jump out the tank, then he swam in circles until he collapsed again. I don’t know if I can help him or not, I’ve gone to get some peas since I’ve heard they can help with bloat, but is their anything else I can do in such a short time?

(Apologies for bad pictures!) picked this guy up at a car boot sale, their is no liquid left in the jar and there presumably hasn’t been for a while yet somehow he’s in great condition (if you ignore the missing leg) what should I use to replace the liquid and how?
Jar says: this specimen is preserved in 5% formalin solution

Patti has always been a favourite of mine but I only had the anniversary version (the orange and blue one) until I saw her in the charity shop today ❤️‍🩹

To be clear I know nothing about modding or PlayStations and I originally wasn’t going to mod it but it’s so hard to find a ps1 game for cheap online. I’ll take all the info I can get

(This guy was released after pic was took, hopefully this doesn’t count as fishing) apologies for awful pictures lol, there were loads of these little fish in the river but this guy (I’m assuming male because of the colours?) had a cool stripy belly and brighter scales and was slightly bigger than the others. Found in Britain and I’m hoping you can see the fingers in the back for size reference.
