to professional performers: how do you not get sick of performing the same thing again and again?

hi
ive been singing since i was six years old and im soon going to new york to study musical theatre in a really big uni and all i can think about is whether one day ill book a job and just get tired of singing the same thing again and again.
because for me, if i sing a song a lot i end up hating it and never wanting to hear it sing it again (lol) same thing with painting, if it takes me multiple sessions i never finish it. i understand that its your job to sing and dance and act the same thing like eight times a week, just like how you do the same thing at every job. but i still cant help but wonder how one can manage that.

Can consistent TikTok/Reels posting replace paid ads?

hi, ive been building a clothing brand for the past year. i launched two months ago and on the days i was doing paid ads i got sales, but paid ads have been really inconsistent. one day i get good sales, the next day i dont, which makes me lose money or barely break even.

im thinking of stopping paid ads for now and focusing fully on consistent TikTok/Reels posting instead since my organic content tends to perform better anyway.

i’m also interested in building a long term brand, not just making quick cash, so i’m wondering if anyone here has actually managed to grow a fashion/clothing brand mostly through organic content first.

but at the same time, i cant survive a couple of months with no money, i really don’t know what to do.

do story promos work?

I own a small online clothing/accessories store and a girl with around 70k followers on Instagram offered to post my store on her story for $20. She says around 10k people usually view her stories.

Her audience and aesthetic match my shop really well and her posts get a lot of engagement. A lot of them have tens of thousands of likes and some have even reached millions.

My website conversion rate from ads is usually around 2–3%, so even one sale would pretty much make the promo worth it financially.

I know influencer promotions can be really unpredictable though, so I wanted outside opinions before I do it. Does this sound worth trying? And do you think I will at least get one sale?

did the spells i purchased work or was it luck?

I’ve been practicing magic since late 2021, and I genuinely believe in it. But I’ve had a really mixed experience when it comes to buying spells from other people online.

The first “witch” I worked with scammed me out of hundreds of dollars. Then I bought a spell from the E website (not sure if I should name it), and that also felt fake, although it was only around $20 so I moved on from it.

Recently though, I found a witch selling really cheap spells like under $5 each. I bought a fame spell and a communication spell. Within maybe 1–2 weeks, one of my videos suddenly hit 1 million views (my norm was 300 views, plus all my other videos get at least 1k views now), and I also ended up communicating with the exact person I had intended to after months of no contact.

Now I’m confused. Part of me thinks it could just be coincidence/luck/timing. But another part of me is wondering if her spells genuinely worked, especially because the results happened so fast after years of feeling skeptical about paid spellwork.

Has anyone else experienced something like this? How do you personally tell the difference between coincidence and actual spell results? And are cheap spells ever legit, or is that usually a red flag?

Unpopular opinion: AI UGC is the reason you’re making NO MONEY!

I see a lot of people who recommend AI UGC ads, and I just wanna say one thing. Stop wasting your money. This is my personal opinion, and it's based on real-life results. So if you disagree with this, then we can debate all this. But in this day and age, AI advertising is really frowned upon unless you are promoting something for 50 plus year olds, but your AI ads are sloppy, and they're the reason why you're burning money and basically giving your money to Mark Zuckerberg with no return. You don't realize how cheap it is to have someone make ads for you. You don't need $500 from a website. You only need your product, and that's it. Either one, you film a video yourself, or two, you find someone for a gifted UGC. The only cost is the product cost and the shipping, which I assume wouldn't be more than $15 to $20. It's such a great deal to give someone your product, they make a UGC in return, and you use it for ads. This will make your conversion rate from non-existent to stable.

Would you rather spend $50 a day with no return or spend $20 for someone to make you a video and actually get results from your ads? In reality, not spending money on your ads or not putting effort in will only make you lose money. I said what I said, and I hope you take that as an advice and stop making AI UGC because 99% of the time it's sloppy and bad.

Post your questions in the comments and I will answer. Have a nice day! (No, I’m not selling anything)

Why are people buying a different product than the one in my ad?

I’m running Meta ads for a shirt from my clothing brand and the campaign is actually converting, but for some reason people keep buying the underwear set instead of the shirt in the ad 😭

What confuses me is that I specifically linked the shirt product in the ad. The creative is fully focused on the shirt too, but people still click through, browse the site, and end up purchasing something else entirely. I’m still making a small profit per order, which honestly surprised me because I expected to lose money while testing.

I’m starting to think they like the overall aesthetic/store vibe but the underwear feels like an easier impulse purchase or lower-risk buy.

Has anyone else had this happen where one product brings people into the store but a completely different product becomes the thing that actually converts?

Hi I just really need to know if this is not unusual I’ve been getting abused this way since over a decade ago and everyone calls me crazy and that im mentally ill. no one helps, not therapists not neighbors not even the police. for reference, I am 5’7 105 pounds and i get hit like this by male family members (Father 5’9, 190 pounds and brother 6’2 220pounds) I don’t know what else to say.

edit: i have tens of these and once they almost fade i get new ones, i have more pics that are way more brutal but i dont feel like sharing because they kind of show too much.
