Is this a viable option? I feel like if I just turn on the AC when lifting weights I can avoid sweating

Hi everyone Im new to the group and would like to share my experience.

three days ago a rash appeared on my back that looked like a bug bite. I kept scratching until it got bad. Got checked up by a doctor and he said it was shingles. (I'm 23 by the way) But I went to a derma and was diagnosed with urticaria.

My experiences are its only on my lower right back side and whenever I sneeze I got really HARSH hot knife stabbing pain that lasts for 5-8 seconds.

I intend to workout after a week to see if I feel better but for context I sleep really badly and very late at night (5am)

My goal is to now fix my sleep schedule and take the cream medicines my doctor recommended and I'll also take lab tests to see where its coming from.

Does anyone want to share how long theyve been suffering from this disease? Thank you

For context tinatry ko po mag tipid ng 100% dahil po super onti lang sweldo ko. My progress is I havent went out with friends for 2 years na and nagaaya ulit sila and nakakatempt kasi aalis na yung isa namin friend papunta NYC.

Naiintindihan naman nila decision ko to refuse lagi. Medyo shut in rin ako to tipid, I only go out to buy groceries and I usually am very minimalist.

Ayoko lang maging impulsive and leave the house dahil gusto ko lumabas at mapagastos sa outside food.

This isn't an attack towards students in DLSU but I find that compared to other Universities, Most people that I met in DLSU are apolitical and don't have that much interest in what happens in our country.

I had a class before where the professor asked the students, "Who among you intend to vote in the next elections?" and only 5 out of 29 people raised their hands.

When asked why they don't want to vote, most answered that they don't have hope for the Philippines anymore and they already intend to live in another country instead.

But this breaks my heart. How privileged are we to be able to have the choice to escape our country when in turmoil. There is a big saying that if more voters were educated, we would have better people in our senate now but I have met the wealthiest people in DLSU who are academically smart but have no interest for their own country.

This is to say that there are still politically aware students in DLSU that I admire but sobrang kulang pa rin. Even sa protest natin nung 2025, sobrang kulang pa rin mga may pake...

In public, I feel really guilty because when I peed on the toilet seat I didnt bother cleaning it and on the back of my mind I thought "oh no what if the next person who uses this struggles" and I shrugged it off and then as I got outside the bathroom the next in line was an old lady.

I felt so bad that she probably had a ruined day after. That was someone's mother.

This is a reminder to be kind to clean the toilet seat u use because the next person may be a struggling person.

I have been long afraid of facing ACCCOB3 after getting only a 1.0 in ACCCOB2. I know I should face my fear but more time is passing and Ive skipped it for 3 terms I need to face my fear of maybe failing.

Does anyone have word of encouragement?
