perfumes that feel like

okay so I kind of stalk r/perfumesthatfeellike, and I was wondering if there were any scent fans that had perfumes that feel like the books. Just because I’m kind of an immersive person and want to smell like salt water in a decaying tower tunnel with fruiting bodies and fire that knows the naming of me.. I might post there but thought I’d try here first.

how long did you have to pause meds

if you had to pause meds because of low WBCs or other numbers how long before they went back to normal? I’m on Dasatinib and have been paused for three weeks now with seemingly no end in site and my lows aren’t really improving, feeling exhausted. Just wondering what was the longest break you had to take from a tki. thanks in advance homies.

“Psychoanalysis is a mistake” -Werner Herzog

What’s your thoughts on this? Jung’s analytical psychology does differ from Freud’s psychoanalysis. But I’m curious what people think about this take.

You all don’t receive enough praise

Between the Garden Grove chemical leak where I saw the firefighters bravely facing down with water while they evacuated miles, the NYC building buckling under it’s own weight, all of the warehouse fires in between.. and you all just rush in like heroes every time. My grandpa and great grandpa who were gone way before I was born were firemen and I don’t know why it just came into consciousness for me how truly brave you all are. Thanks for all you do. Our thanks will never be enough. Infinite blessings to you all.

Did any of you choose to keep your diagnosis a secret?

Hi, I was just diagnosed on Thursday and I had to tell my Dad because he was my ride to the hospital and there was no getting around hiding it from him being that I’m on the oncology ward. I already don’t have a huge support system and the friends/family I do have I don’t need worrying.. I guess I’m just wondering if anyone else chose to keep their diagnosis private and how they went about it. I do have a great therapist so I plan on leaning on our weekly appointments to talk about what’s happening. It’s all kind of surreal. Thanks in advance. Here’s a pretty tree from the patient “quiet center”
