got myself free sofa this week and i've been enjoying gaming while slouching on it? any recommendation for good boomshoot to play on controller ? preferably already have controller support without me thinkering around to make it works, so far the only boomer shooter i've played with controller is RealRTCW.

imho the best racing festival vibes in any racing games ever

first and foremost it's not kinectica and IGPX, but it does share some familiarities with both of them. the game have both racing and combat aspect when racing you can transform into a vehicle while in combat you transform into a combat mech, i think you can both use melee and ranged attack while in combat form. to be honest the combat part is kinda vague in my memory but i remember the racing part somewhat clearly since racing is the easiest way to earn money on that game.

i'm sure it's not IGPX because the racing part is slow and easy and definitely not as intense as IGPX, and it's clearly not kinectica because the game isn't solely focused on racing. the most contrasting aspect of this game with kinectica is the game have lighter color compared to kinectica's darker tone.

the racing is done on track similar to wipeout but iirc you can cheat the race by transforming to combat form and jump between track. i think you also have a health bar so hitting the barrier a lot will explode your mech.

i've been marathoning NFS franchise (started it from hot pursuit 2), i've never played shift before and so far i've been loving it, but man.... car battle is one giant roadblock for me. the handling is awkward at first but once you get used to it, it's not that hard (unless when the car decides to spin on its own), i drive cleanly and mastered majority of the corners so how.... how did the rival managed to overtake me? 😫

as someone who've never played shift before was car battle always this hard, or am i getting a little bit cocky after breezing through tier 1 ?

from what i can gather within my blurry memory it's a puzzle game where you need to make a chain reaction of multiplying shuriken. the challenge comes from the obstacle which is mostly bamboo preventing you from hitting the ninja with the shuriken.

each level have a limited amount of shuriken you can throw so you have to figure out the most optimal way to throw those shuriken in order to inflict chain reaction of shuriken waves to kill every ninja in the level.

while the puzzle part can be easily figured by trial and error the hardest part of the game is killing the ninja with tricky placement, usually being obstructed by bamboo.

there are variations of this ninja, but it usually just affect how much shuriken is needed to kill them.

i play it on my cousin's ipad, back in 2012-2013, i didn't manage to finish it because holiday's over and i need to go back home. please help me find that game so i can finish it once and for all.

like battling black ox beetle is not that hard their heavy attack is easily parriable while non telegraphed attack does normal damage, the problem is these fire ants keep on attacking me bruh. the obvious answer is making them fight each other, but is there any other less scuffed option to do it ?
