I got this notification today and one a week ago. I have no idea why even shows up, I only do basic things on my laptop like go on social media, youtube etc. Please help I'm freaking outt

i am currently a second year student (IP for ontario) who decided to turn things around. my first year average was around 82% (3.58 gpa). i have a few long-term ECs that i have been doing since higschool (mainly music related).

i'm not really sure about the MCAT and when to take it. i haven't taken much relevant courses other than first year gen chem, bio etc. what courses should i take to prep for mcat? my main concern is my gpa as it isn't super competitive to begin with and i want to at least end with a strong 2Y or 3Y gpa.

also any EC ideas? my friend runs a lot of university clubs and works at the hospital, i could get her to refer me but are these just cookie cutters or should i stick to one EC and do really well?

and for research i know it's pretty difficult since my program is very big and only in second year. but i feel like approaching research is pretty straightforward compared to the rest.

i finished first year with a 3.51 gpa and i was originally premed so i am doing a bsc but now that's out of the game so instead i am applying to pharmacy school this year. but those also got really competitve out of nowhere too. i'll try to get my grades up this year but would a gpa around 3.7-3.8 be enough for admission? i am not sure if i really like the idea of becoming a laywer but i am just exploring other options as i already got demolished in first year

ok like i get upper years taking lower year classes because of whatever reasons but why TF are they already CLOSED? level 2 enrollments haven't started yet and i am already seeing a bunch of lvl 2 courses required already being closed, and there's no possible answers but upper years enrolling in them. course enrollments should be the other way around from levels 1-4 cuz ts pissing me of icl. like shouldn't you be prioritized to enroll in your own levels courses?
