I'm about to get her c6 from temper thyself. Does her c6 scale with anything other than attack like stellar glimmer dmg% or em?

Idk, just something I thought would be funny. Redblade banner allows for unparalleled energy generation, while infernalist gives infinite casting resource using infernal flame, as well as crazy crit dmg and all dmg ignites. Still not fully happy with the energy generation yet. I think I can squeeze another 30% more?

I'm just curious. No environmental damage (stuff like falling or pushing people off ledges) or explosives. It has to be one hit, so it comes up as a single number in the game log and in the damage number, and be relatively achievable in most combats.

Idk, the damage rider system is something that my brain just dislikes. It just doesn't feel good to see 100 small numbers instead of 1 big number. I just want to bonk people with like 200 dmg.

My Miyabi is getting mogged by Velina. She's m0w1 while Velina is m2w1. I'm pretty new to the game, only playing a bit during Miyabi and yuzuha's banners then only came back last month. How do I get my miyabi to do more damage, or is this intended?

Genji got a new item called dragon strike that makes his first dragonblade slash a swift strike that dashes and procs anything that Swift Strike procs. It also deals 1.5x damage because it always crits.

However, despite being critical damage, it does not get scaled by Eye of the Spider. It does proc the secondary effect of revealing the target.

Although it counts as a swift strike for Laceration's Swift Strike dot, it doesn't get scaled by Clean Sweep's Swift Strike width. It also procs Laceration's cd reduction for Swift Strike.

It also no longer scales with weapon power, unlike the normal Dragonblade, but it does still proc Dragon's Breath. The projectile scales normally and does not crit.

It does get buffed by Wyrm's Maw, but only the damage part. It does not receive the 25% range increase.

Interestingly, Deflect-o-bot, which now makes deflected projectiles crit for the first 0.3 seconds of deflect, also does not get scaled by Eye of the Spider's critical damage. It still procs the secondary reveal.

Basically, it's a giga Swift Strike that can't get any area increases. AP genji stocks going to the moon.

Got really lucky when coming back to the game, and got her m4 and engine in under 200 pulls. I have enough pulls right now to guarantee two copies of a character, and I've exhausted pretty much every easy polychrome source. Is it better to go for m6 or to pull sunna and probably her w-engine?

I've been buying it on cass silver bullet as my second purple, and it's definitely fun to constantly hear the dot damage ticks, but it doesn't seem to actually do that much. Silver bullet does both give you 3 stacks and also consumes one, so that's cool.

I personally think it's in a very healthy state right now, since many characters have max hp payoffs that incentivises them to build more into survival (reaper, mercy, dva, rein, etc). Before, it felt like a niche item to buy when you are very, very behind on money and really need a way to do damage, or only as a tank killer, but it might actually be playable now.

Also, it specifically states that its a weapon damage dot. I'm not at my pc right now to test but could you combine it with mark of the kitsune? Like, as tracer, apply the debuff, then every ability you cast will deal 25 damage to that target since it's constantly taking weapon damage?

Runeseeker's fork is the new secret unique that you need 10,000 mana to get (kill uhtred in the expedition logbook for the rng quest item, and right click it while having 10,000 mana, then talk to farrow).

Abyssal lich's umbral souls can grant you projectile speed, and this build is entirely focused around stacking that into ridiculous numbers with reservation efficiency and spirit.

Pumped a ton of reservation. The main concept of the build is stacking spirit reservation efficiency + Sylvan's Effigy to get as many companions as possible, then using Catha's Balance to give my main weapon damage to all of them.

I was trying her out after getting stuck on a level with aoe enemies, but her fast track doesn't activate even when the boss did aoe attacks. Does it only work in pvp?

I'm trying to build a deck around Death brand. It seems decent on paper with 2x +2 hits against enemies with resonance. That's 5 hits per play, and +70% on each hit every time. My issue is that it scales too slowly right now. Is there any way I could play the same persona card multiple times, on any character? I have everyone besides diana and haru.

Hoping that a skill with good quality scaling gets added with 0.5. Comet this league had chance to repeat, so 20% quality was basically 10% final damage on it. A ton of uniques with cool skills are coming with 0.5 and some of them will probably get crazy quality effects.

Ofc, dialla's desire is pretty expensive, and I'm probably not getting a 100% darkness enthroned or 5 socket morior at league start, but even 40-50% quality will be a nice damage/area/cdr increase that doesn't take too much effort to achieve.

Even if there's nothing, there's still flicker strike which will give like 40-50% more crit chance which means I can very easily hit 100% cr without too much effort.
