Got an acer just yesterday and wont turn on

ACER ASPIRE LITE 15.6 (AL15-43P)

The computer was running fine yesterday now today it js shut down and wont turn on.. im charging it rn.. (im seeing a light)

I recently bought this laptop (a day ago) and while i waa browsing through the internet it shut down and kept looping in the startup and showed this error

What could of been the problem here?

Hi everyone im deciding between 2 laptops

So the first one is a

LENOVO IDEAPAD SLIM 3 LAPTOP (RYZEN 7 5825U, 16GB RAM DDR4, 512 GB SSD)

Aspire Acer Laptop (RYZEN 7 5700U, 16GB RAM DDR4, 512GB SSD)

Both uses integreated graphics.

Isolated

The only places i rlly go is schl and home and ngl its taking a toll on me, i cant even go out if i gotta go out i have to be chaperoned by my mother and i dont want it.. i atleast wanna be free.. Im pretty much lonely and craving for some social interaction.. these days i gotta stay home from schl cus i dont have a transporation (I cant travel alone MY MOTHER HAS TO GO) and the only place i get some social interaction is schl
