How much cardio for weight loss
I currently am on a deficit and I also work out 6 days a week. I used to do stairmaster for 45 minutes on zone 2 for 5 days a week with a 20lb weighted vest but I also want to incorporate ab workouts as well. I was probably going to finish my workouts with 3 days of abs and 3 days of cardio.
I saw someone say how too much cardio can slow down your muscle growth when in body recomp and I also get about 13k steps a day. I wanted to know if I should do the 3/3 split like I said or lower the cardio due to the amount of steps I get. Any help is appreciated!
