What are your guys thoughts on a 2021 ES350 UL for 44k w/ 12K miles, 1 owner from a non Lexus dealership. It being 5 years old but low miles, justified for that price??

What are good options if I want a manual car to mess around with as a second car under 12k that wouldn’t break the bank too much? I’ve been hearing Miata Ofcourse but with more power, I been looking at older higher mileage vette’s and boxster/caymans. Thoughts on maintenance/reliability and headaches?
