Hello everyone

Just want to know

If the below pension is the best investment strategy, as by default the company does it, can I change it to something better ?

I am still 32

MN1 advise needed

All our Visas: SWV, SKW dependent expire on 15th Oct 2026, we are eligible to apply for ILR on12th October, our son who is born in UK, his visa will expire on 15th October as well. But we plan to apply for his MN1, is it fine while we wait for our ILR and his visa expires and then we apply for his MN1 ?

Do we need to show the English test certificate again ?

Back in 2021 we have got our English evaluated through ECCTIS, during the ILR application do we need to submit the certificate again ?
Or it isn’t needed as we provided it during the SWV application.

Does having all pensions in one place reduce admin fee ?

I have multiple pensions with different companies, should I be bringing them all together?

Progression in Career

Hello everyone

First of all thanks to everyone who share a lot of stories in the group, which really keeps motivation high to achieve things in life.

I am here to look for some help, if someone can share some strategies which worked for them.

I am in a consultant role in aviation and earn £50k annually. Have been in aviation 10 years, but moving through roles is really tough. Applying for other consulatant roles, but hardly hear back from any recruiters, as I think switching companies is the best way to boost earnings.

Can anyone share their experience how you have been through this journey ? And what worked best for you ?
