How to reduce urine smell from main living area?

Source cannot be reasoned with so I'm just holding my breath whenever I have to leave my room. Mobile home. Main concern is the living and kitchen areas. In the evening it's OK as it cools down enough to open windows, but it still smells. During the day it's too hot. Budget is maybe $1-500? I don't really know a lot about air fresheners and stuff outside of basic tower and box fans for cooling.

country: usa

edit: she hasn't peed the carpet but she's peed her pyjamas several times and she refuses to wash them and everything is a fight with her, so she reeks up the area just by being in there.

Mt Rainier spring vacay and tires question

Hello! I've decided to go ahead and book a spring trip to Seattle/Mt Rainier. I'm flying so would need to rent a car, but want more details on weather conditions in early spring, how to get chains since rental companies don't permit chains, etc. I'll be spending a couple days in Seattle, then base glamp in Ashford, and will poke around Mt Rainier from that entrance. I don't intend to do skiing or anything like that, and i dont do intense hiking... I just really want to see some rivers and waterfalls. It'd be great if I could make it to Christine Falls Bridge and maybe visit the Henry M Jackson Memorial Visitor Center, but really I just wanna be in water-based nature.

Do presewn pillow cover kits still need borders?

Hi all! Just got hooked (ha ha, original) on latch hooking thanks to Craft Club Co. Bought a couple pillow kits from a different place, and I remember reading on one of the reviews for a pillow that they were disappointed to have to leave a border of squares unthreaded to fold back and sew... but the pillows already come with (very soft) backings presewn onto them. Plus, on one of CCC's pillow kit photos, it looks like the tufts go right up to the edges. These two pillows are both gifts for friends so I really wanna make sure I don't mess them up! Do I still need to leave a border?

Can't decide where to stay or what to look for, help?

My birthday is in early spring and next year I want to stay somewhere in the PNW (in USA). I can't decide between beach and forest though. I've saved a couple of really unique treehouse airbnbs, but the foggy coastal forest is also on my bucket list. I would be flying so I would prefer closer to an airport and car rental. Are there any forest places close to the coast, like a short drive away? I don't really do pro hiking so as far as national and state parks, if there are plain trails that would be best, especially if they go by waterfalls. I just... have no idea where to even START my search.. Any help would be appreciated 🥲

edit to add: I'm definitely more into nature, not so much social/cultural town things to do unless there's an adult sized playground like the museum in St Louis or wherever that famous one is.

No spoilers please. Simply put.. Is S7 worth the watch?

I just finished S6 and BOY WAS IT A RIDE. I was crying at the end. Finally a TV show that ended in a POSITIVE way!

So, with the beautiful closure, and no spoilers, is S7 worth a watch? Or does it unravel some of those perfectly tied ends?

How do I take pressure off myself?

I know that I'll never improve ANYTHING if I don't JUST DO IT. Problem is, there is way too much mental pressure on myself and I don't know how to make it stop. I have an intense hatred of crappy drawings and "mess up" kind of stuff; I can't just draw "for fun," i.e. EVERYTHING has to be focused on improving *some* aspect of art whether rendering, realism, texture, anatomy, etc. Art is one of the only things I'm good at and I know on instinct it was a gift from God obviously to be used BUT I CANT JUST DO IT.

Another thing that makes it hard, especially with digital art, is that there is no set, defined END to an image--you can ALWAYS erase, refine, change. I dont do well psychologically with a lack of definition, boundaries, guardrails, what you want to call them. Give me a project with the only criteria of "make it fun" and I revert to what is safe to me, known, and ultimately boring.

I distract myself with hobby building kits like LEGO, diamond art, wooden sculptures (think ROKR/Robotime) etc: things that follow specific instructions and have a defined end point. I collect art materials, just started getting into alcohol markers... watched videos, bought online courses, whole shebang.... and none of it is going to do me any good if I can't. Make. Myself. Do. It.

Help???

EDIT: I do both digital and traditional, my PFP is a drawing of David Tennant that I did a year or so ago

[Season 5 Spoilers] Season 5 is.... uncomfortable

Emma isn't >!dark!< for the rest of the entire series... right? Tbh yes I know 100% it's a fairytale world, but I am getting a bit uneasy with >!Emma being the Dark One and dark magic and the Fury wanting to take Robin to the underworld and Dark Emma wanting to "snuff out the Light"!<. How much longer do I have to watch >!the corrupted Savior before they save her?!< (Just an episode number would be great)

Also side note Zelena is the only character I hate more than the Snow/Charming pair.

How to approach stopping therapy?

Sorry if this isn't the right place and if someone could mention a better sub I'd appreciate it... but basically I've been going to therapy for about a year or two now, my therapist is fine but I kinda feel like sometimes they're just more... a place for me to vent about all the stuff I've gone through all my life and what im mad about at the world that week. But I started taking antidepressants in June of last year and like now all of those problems are just... meh. I'm not really bothered anymore. I have been giving myself more grace, coping with the shit in the world much better, etc... I kind of feel like I don't need it anymore at least for the time being.

how do i tell my therapist?

Plot hole or future plot point?

NO SPOILERS IM ONLY HALFWAY THRU S4 - Snow Queen just "sacrificed herself" to reverse the Spell of Shattered Sight.

So Kilian's (my absolute new man crush) heart is with the Crocodile... I never paid attention when hearts were with Regina or Cora, but... I know the victim can't refuse a task given by their heart holder but can they tell someone they're under such slavery? Like, I daydream about a scene where Kilian very hurriedly tells Emma everything-- the dagger is a fake, Rumple has his heart and is going to kill him etc. If such a thing is not strictly prohibited by the rules of such situation, Kilian needs to hurry up before RS uses his heart to make him say terrible things to Emma.

Also, why do they still sometimes refer to themselves as their human names? I.e. Mary Margaret instead of Snow, Gold instead of RS?

Also, on that topic, the wicked witch of the west was killed by Rumple. Why haven't David and Snow reversed the curse now that they no longer need it??

and does Hook ever get his pirate costume back? I've noticed first he changed his shoes, then he ditched the coat :( and even his earring is just a black gem instead of the loop.

Has anyone seen this pattern?

This low res image is from pinterest, but it's one of my favorite corgi patterns I've ever seen. If someone could point me in the direction of the original I'd be ever so grateful!

Can I leave my window open a couple inches?

So I guess there was a bear in our mobile home community today. It's been theorized that they smell food or food remnants from a couple homeless encampments between here and the freeway. I have been leaving my bedroom window open about 6 inches or so during the night for fresh air, but I eat in my room for reasons. Should I leave the window closed? I have no experience whatsoever with bear behavior but I know like they can open cars and stuff.

edit: I have a screen. in case that matters

Almost 2mo po... when does the depression go away??

Recovery was totally fine, surgery went without a hitch. I had fibroids and endo, so hysterectomy and left oophorectomy. Right ovary still in place.

medication context: I've been on Zoloft since June and was feeling amazing around September, like a night and day difference. November, I had lupron injection to decrease the endo and fibroids. It was a 3 month dose, and had another 1 month dose in February.

Fast forward to today...I'm still feeling like I'm not on the zoloft at all, even though I've been taking it with very few missed days. I'm not super angry at the world and definitely not vaguely suicidal like i was before starting zoloft, but I'm definitely apathetic and feeling like everything is stupid and pointless and I'm really annoyed by this. Asked obgyn about it at the follow up and she said yeah its just because of the surgery and the lupron wearing off... which I would believe if I hadn't been taking the zoloft for almost 5 months before I ever got it.

So do I up the dose, or wait it out another month?

By Son's Popkes on Ravelry... I've made 3 so far (including one with Bernat Blanket Big yarn that's a good 2 feet tall) and the 4th is this husky one! And now I'm making it in rainbow and white easy peasy yarn :p

I bought this super awesome mini USB projector and fell in LOVE with the realistic moon and galaxy photos it came with. Is there any way at all to make my own? They seem like silver negatives but idk really what they are. I'd LOVE to have my own night sky photos or stuff from the times I've been to England and Paris.

idk what the model is, the box just says BOXVOUS. Please advise if posting the product purchase link is ok and I will.

I've been on 50mg since August of last year. The difference was like night and day. I was mad that I didn't make the decision to start sooner!

I've also started paring back the amount of horror I consume via social media, started to filter out posts and stories with certain keywords, etc... nothing earth-shattering has happened to me personally. I did have a hysterectomy last month, but I have 1 ovary so no hormonal interruptions. (I'm not mourning anything related to that organ at all--where my aro/aces at?!) A friend of mine is now living my dream life with her parents 10 minutes from the beach meanwhile I'm stuck in the white people boonies with no future and no hope.

Suddenly about a week ago I find myself getting irritated at every small stupid thing people do again??

And this morning I'm just having a complete regression to how I was before I started the med-- everything on this planet is pointless, etc. I have an appt with my psychiatrist next week so I will def be bringing it up, but... has anyone else experienced the same? Do I have to increase the dosage?

Tl;dr: feels like zoloft isn't working anymore, I'm suddenly feeling the same as I did before I started taking it

**EDIT TO ADD** I was given a 3 month shot (then a 1 month due to surgery timing) of Lupron depot to lessen the fibroids and any endometriosis (of which they found quite a lot everywhere) and I've been about 2 months off that (gyno at post op appt said it could be that) but I'd been on the zoloft for about 5 months before I even had the lupron..?
