How do you book flights cheaper?

What are your best tips for booking flights at a lower price? I already have multiple credit cards, so I can easily take advantage of bank/card offers.

But apart from those, are there any tricks that actually work—like which day or time to book, how far in advance, incognito/VPN, different booking sites, price alerts, etc.?

Would love to hear your tried-and-tested methods! ✈️

Need advice on a home loan for house construction

https://preview.redd.it/dhz5qk0tjxhh1.png?width=800&format=png&auto=webp&s=bede68d87aed6bd17bbd91ba35fc32856ee1a51a

I'm planning to take a home loan for constructing a house on my own plot and would appreciate some guidance.

  • What documents are typically required for a construction home loan?
  • Which banks have offered you the lowest interest rates and smoothest loan processing?
  • Any banks or NBFCs I should avoid based on your experience?
  • Any tips or hidden charges I should be aware of before applying?

Would love to hear your recent experiences and recommendations. Thanks!

Need advice on my ₹7K/month SIP allocation

https://preview.redd.it/c4bumdqajxhh1.png?width=700&format=png&auto=webp&s=3bf1a8b6fadca414ef62d40e8956c279fc927dc1

I'm currently investing ₹7,000/month through SIPs and wanted feedback on whether this allocation makes sense or if I should simplify it.

  • Nippon India Large Cap Direct – ₹1,000
  • Kotak Mid Cap Direct – ₹1,000
  • Bandhan Small Cap Direct – ₹1,000
  • Parag Parikh Flexi Cap Direct – ₹2,000
  • Quant ELSS Tax Saver Direct – ₹2,000

My goal is long-term wealth creation (10+ years).

risk - moderate (slighlty aggressive)

Does this allocation look balanced, or am I over-diversifying with a relatively small SIP amount? Any suggestions on funds to add/remove or rebalance would be appreciated.
