The Tegovian Navy needs your help

r/Teengovernment, a PolSim where teenagers like us simulate a democracy, now has a Navy, and we want you in it! As Grand Admiral of the Navy, I've been defining the systems and structure to build a Navy from.

There are still Master Chief spots open that need to be filled, and it could be you commanding a third of a fleet!

I have a confession to make...

I hate the way the graphic novels draw dragons. It crushes their snouts so much they look like pugs, it forcefully humanizes their design and poses so much they look like human-dragon hybrids at times, that's all I had to say goodnight

Vicetek Enterprises

Vicetek, a Tegovian Company (from r/teengovernment) has, as of today, been recognized by the UoRian government! Which means we're free to trade and sell products, employ workers, and own assets here in the UoR! This marks the first time a Tegovian corporation has expanded outside of Tegovia, which is another mark of Vicetek being the first.

If you want a job, you could comment here, or DM me either on reddit as u/thatonefrein or as Vicespear The Prideful (vicespear_90460) on Discord.

Is there any advice you have on Fictive Tulpas?

Basically Tulpas that are recreations of fictional characters, I've been working blindly off of what I assume might work, like telling him about himself, explaining to him what he would remember, but I don't really know much of what to do here

How long does this generally take you guys?

I've been narrating for days but he's still unresponsive. I can tell progress is being made, I can physically see him in the headspace and keep *kinda* reacts to things, but I don't know if he's conscious yet, and he hasn't talked, is this normal?

100 humans vs 200 chimpanzees

100 humans vs 200 chimpanzees

The humans and chimpanzees are both representative samples of their total populations

The humans have about the same level of tools that our ancestors 20000 years or so ago would have had

Who would win this?

We should just rename Cristatusaurus to Suchomimus

Support to those two in the screenshot for coming up with this. Anyway in light of the recent study making Suchomimus a junior synonym of Cristatusaurus, I suggest we bring the Suchomimus to us

Okay so you've convinced me, and I have a question

I've looked through a bunch of guides, I've consulted friends and people here, there's just one thing I can't find anything good on, how do I make a wonderland?

Talk me out of this

So i'm on the brink of making probably a very bad decision (becoming a system) and I need you to talk me out of it because everyone I would go to isn't here right now. The only thing that scares me about it is that I could lose memories to it? But that's from friends who actually have DID or naturally developed Plurality, but also some of the things that come with this would make my life so much easier and more comfortable, if you guys could tell me a bunch of downsides to talk me out of it, or tell me everything that separates it from natural plurality/DID other than the cause, that would be really helpful

Titanosaurus rant (mostly positive :D)

Okay so Titanosaurus is my favorite sauropod in all of Jurassic by quite a bit, and with it having been added to JWE3 I have a lot to say, so now you (are being forced to) get to hear it!

I think the Titanosaurus was done amazingly, frontier clearly poured their heart and soul into this DLC and it shows. All the new rigs and animations, the sounds, my god the skins, it had some of the most beautiful things I've seen, and this might be my favorite DLC for all three games period, even if I didn't like the movie much.

The tail is so majestic and elegant, I mean just watching it is mesmerizing, I'm so glad frontier figured it out, and the animations oh my god the animations; The hatchery animation, the resting animation, dear God the social animation, this thing has some of the best animations I've seen, topped only by how unique and brutal the Distortus' are.

The skins on it are beautiful, (I'm gonna be saying beautiful a lot) I mean just look at the colors, the female pattern is a lot better than the male one but I really appreciate how unique both are, Frontier didn't go for the splotches this time, now the females have that spiderweb pattern, and the males are spotted like a cheetah! Honestly I love the female pattern more than the male one, but that's just that. Even the movie skins on it are gorgeous, all the movie skins in the DLC are so amazingly rendered.

The sounds they make are so beautiful and melancholic, it almost sounds like a ghost, I can't say they're the *best* sounds for a sauropod, the brachiosaurus obviously takes that by far, but the Titanosaurus' are still amazing. I do prefer the JWE original dreadnoughts sound effects though, that just *feels* like something massive, I think that would have worked better for something like the Titanosaurus, but I still love how unfathomable and godly it sounds already.

The only thing I can say I wish was different, I wish it was bigger. Obviously they had to way downscale it from the movie, but still it's not the biggest sauropod by much, and it's supposed to be the biggest thing on land, if it was just like 10% or 15% bigger, still small enough to fit through the hatchery and be reasonable, but much more clearly the biggest dinosaur.

It kinda makes me wish the real Titanosaurus was like that. Of course I still appreciate the animal, even if it's not considered valid. But this is such a unique and amazing creature I *wish* it was the real biggest known dinosaur, hell I'd take Argentinosaurus looking like that just let me have this please :<

I guess the only thing I have left that isn't praise is... Frontier please let sauropods fight things </3

Okay I think that's enough for tonight, see ya!

Best color grading choice? (JWE3)

Trying to figure out which color grading option's the most realistic, specifically for a temperate environment like Washington
