Now that the game has changed a lot of the bonuses/open to play any civ there are close to infinite combinations.

+2science on army commander and +1 archer movement for momentos.

I took out all the indepedent powers in my area before going to war. by the end of the age I had 44 science JUST from my 2 generals (lvl 4 and 7).

Defended myself against Greece with Great wall improvements. Crushed antiquity (imo).

The science synergy of the great person Han has benefits Oblique directly many times.

Was a little hard to keep up with culture, but other than that pretty flexible and powerful build assuming you can level up your generals.
