How to cure balancing over midfoot?

TLDR: how to get better balance stop good morning my squats up.

Helpful comments only,I appreciate no comments stating this isn't starting strength program blah blah, wear heeled shoes only, please read for my reasoning below.

I was a big starting strength advocate in my novice days but I've moved on to more powerlifting specific programs since I felt like I couldn't grow on the program anymore. I was also a big advocate for wearing heeled weightlifting shoes with squats up until I had quad/hip stain injury. I used to get a lot of pain in my left quad and since I've moved to a flat shoe I don't have any pain in my quad any more when I squat. Go figure since you'll put more emphasis on your quads in a weight lifting shoe. Retraining with a flat shoe as a girl with long femurs has been a challenge but I also felt like this made me work on my weak hips more. I have scoliosis as well so I always had a hip shift and will end up favoring one leg sometimes. I used to have a really bad knee cave as well but I found some squat university videos that helped. Band squats and certain stretches that help warm up the hips. My knee cav has gotten considerably better which I also think added to the injury. And I think switching to flat shoes forced me to work on my weak hips as well.

But sometimes I still struggle with balancing over midfoot which is the issue here. I'm not sure if I need to cure something more to help with the loss of balance. A common problem I have is I tend to good morning my squat up. My hips shoot up first and I have to really actively cue chest up but I feel like I get paralysis of analysis when I squat due. It could be a mental block due to past back injuries happening on the squat as well.

Romanians

Since everyone hated my form the last time I posted. I dropped the weight and started the movement from the rack so I could focus the start of the movement at the top.

Failed a spiro test? Can't get a job in a group home?

Like what even the fuck. I've never had this be a requirement to get a DSP job. I literally just need something part time to supplement my school job as an RBT. I literally told the doctor doing the exam that I literally do hard cardio 20 mins 3x a week. I've deadlifted 325 lbs I've squat 281 lbs and benched 160. I literally run after dysregulated kids all day. But because I can tblow through a toilet paper I can't get a job with this agency???

Do I need an alignment?

I did a tire rotation the other day. The tire place that took the summer wheels to install and mount my winter wheels didn't mark where the tires came off last fall. So back in April I just put the wheels back on to take the winters off. It was the second oil change since I've put the summers on so I did the whole front left to back left. They are not directional tires so I think this is fine for a Subaru. I noticed that the inside of the front left tire was considerably more worn than the front left. Could this be driving habits? Low pressure? Alignment? I bought the car with 15k on it and noticed it was pulling to the right so within the 2 weeks I brought it back to the dealer to get an alignment done.

Is this the proper way to measure brakes? 2023 Subaru WRX, Manual transmission, 25,000 miles

2023 Subaru WRX Manual transmission, 25,000 miles

I'm not a mechanic just a girl who recently bought a 23 wrx and has become obsessed with learning everything about it and trying to teach myself how to do basic maintenance. I figured this was the mature way instead of slapping mods on it and voiding my warranty. I can only jack the car up on one side due to my apartment complex parking lot having a sketchy incline so I can't turn the wheel when the car is jacked up in the front I'm also just scared to get in the car and turn it on and mess with the wheel at all while one side of it is jacked up. Just figured that was a common sense thing. Since I can't turn the wheel to check the brakes, I bought this tool and put it through the view finder on the back of the caliper. The current measurement is 6mm. So if I've done this right I have 6mm left on the front brakes?

Sticking Point

280lbsx1

I've worked hard this past year to work on my knee cave. I do warmup exercises I got from squat university mostly doing heavy circle band squats to prep my hips. My knee cave has gotten better but on max loads some caving still happens. The sticking point is about halfway up, not directly out of the hole. Is this happening because my knee cave is so bad or weak back and glutes?
