Her having a baby so quickly, at 22–23, and getting pregnant after just six months of dating told me all I needed to know. To me, it felt like panic mode, trying to lock him down before he lost interest.

And looking at their pictures, she seems way more into him than he is into her. Her body is always all over him 😂😂

I honestly don’t see this marriage lasting. I think eventually, he’ll leave her for someone else.

1. She truly is a greedy and cheap person. Imagine being so cheap that she can only donate $5K to each charity, and those aren’t even her own money. Something doesn’t sit right with me about her taking all the credit and getting the tax write-off.
2. I have no evidence, but considering she is such an untrustworthy snake, she probably kept the rest of the profit.
3. Not her lying about her former foundation donating millions to charity when she was spending more money on trips than on charity.

I wish she would never have agreed to help Jax pay off his tax debts by refinancing the house.

According to public records, she's only paid off about $34K of the mortgage since 2022, meaning almost 95%-96% of the monthly payment is just going to interest.

Edit(summary) They bought the house at $1.9m and put down $475K for a mortgage balance of $1.4M. They refinanced and took out their equity in the house to pay for Jax’s tax burden and it’s currently financed at roughly $2.4M which is why she is paying $18K a month. His tax obligation was just over $1M. If she sold the house today for which it’s valued at $2.6m-$2.7m she would still come out slightly ahead.

The California Court of Appeal ruled Wednesday Ariana can't get Rachel's claims thrown out at this early stage -- siding with the lower court judge who previously rejected her attempt to kill the case.
