Promoting a KA from DEV to PROD

I am working as a Business Analyst on a project.

I have created a KA in DEV and need to have ir promoted to PROD.

What are the right ways of doing it?

I don't have admin access in DEV.

Would I need a Developer to do it?

We have designated developers daily to do promote update sets to PROD.

How to find unauthorized devices when we don't have Hardware Asset Workspace?

I need to find out all the unauthorized devices in our network as part of an audit item. I checked cmdb_ci_unclassed_hardware table and there is nothing in it. We don't have Hardware or Software Asset Workspace.

Can I find from CMDB Workspace?

Registered late for 1% account transer match

Hi all,

I transfered 1 year oif my RRSP savings from a government pension fund to Wealthsimple RRSP yesterday. Also, since the start of May 2026, I have been amking cash deposits to my Wealthsimple TFSA and RRSP accounts. The total amount easily exceeds $25k which is the bare minimum for the promotion.

I registered only today on the app for the promotion.

Would they back date my registration to the time it started and ensure I am eligible for the match?

What should I do to get rid of body fat?

Below are my InBody scans. I am South Asian male, soon to be 37. I work out at F45. 5"5' in height. I have a pot belly. I can see my skeletal muscle mass is going up by I am not losing fat.

I am hypothyroid and take TSH pills daily after waking up, and have coffee only after an hour has passed. I started taking TSH since last March (2026). Was borderline prediabetic then along with increased TSH levels and some cholesterol.

I started working out at F45 last Sep 2025.

My test reports in May 2026 showed everything is under control - thyroid, glucose and lipid profile.

However, I am not losing fat. I would like to bring my body fat below 20% but its appears tough. It seems my body fat is maintaining itself. I would like to have V-tapered flat belly and also 6-pack abs.

Since last 1 month, I have started completing 10k steps daily too.

I got a walking pad last week.

I am trying to hit 140 gm protein daily but on an average , I hit 80 gram daily.

I track everything on MyFitnessPal.

My diet includes Lactancia UltraPur high protein (20 gm) milk. I drink about 750 ml of this daily.

I also include cottage cheese and yoghurt, and sometimes eggs but apart from this, I am vegeterian.

I like my rice but have reduced its intake considerably.

I saw InBody scan today on 6th Jul and was disappointed to see I have gained 0.3% body fat. Honestly, I was expecting it nto be 21.2% or something like that.

What should I do to get rid of that belly fat?

Hey everyone,

I'm trying to figure out how my past experience looks on paper when applying for ServiceNow positions (admin, developer, ITOM, etc.) in the private sector.

I am trying to get in a ServiceNow role at a central bank (think national monetary policy / financial institution level) and also as a ServiceNow Developer at the municipal government of a major city in North America.

From what I've seen in the market, ServiceNow hiring seems to heavily favor hands-on platform work from consulting firms, big banks, or direct implementations. I'm wondering how much (or how little) the institutional name from public sector / central bank roles actually moves the needle.

  1. Does it help at all for getting past recruiters or landing interviews?
  2. Or does it sometimes hurt because of the slower pace / bureaucracy reputation?
  3. Anyone here made the jump from government or central bank-type environments into private sector ServiceNow work? What worked or didn't?
  4. Having which companies on resume becomes a career booster? Would it be nice to have work experience at ServiceNow Inc. itself, or the Big 4's like Deloitte / KPMG/ EY/ PwC (I know the pay is miserable at Big 4)

Appreciate any honest takes — please don't sweeten the deal.

Thanks!
