best AI expense management software
I am currently running a shopify store doing around 40k/month, we are sourcing from a few suppliers in china and vietnam, and because of that my expenses are a mess right now
Ad spend across meta and google, saas subscriptions, supplier deposits, shipping, samples,and right now im reconciling everything in a spreadsheet. And my bookkeeper is giving me an earful because it's too messy. Any suggestions for this? Ideally something that can handle having multiple cards for diff clients (ad spend) and be able to categorize manually the expenses
