I ended up using some clamps and slowly adjusting the frame to be level with the top. Once I got it as flush as I could I screwed down the middle on one side then worked my way around the corners.

DIY workbench frame is slightly racked. Any easy way to correct?

This is for my first workbench build, pictured is the top frame (upside down atm). The blue diagonal is 100 1/4" the red diagonal is 99 3/4" (measured from outside corner).

I tried for the life of me to get straight boards and do. straight cuts but everything at Home Depot in town is warped and my shitty bauer circular saw is bent out of the box.. I'm curious if I can get this more square. The legs are 4x4s. I will have a bottom frame/shelf as well.

Can anyone identify this hose?

Picture taken in front of the rear left wheel, front left corner of the gas tank looking upwards. I hooked my smoke machine up to my evap up front and this is leaking bad (obviously has a hole).

It's odd because its ribbed and I can't find anything like it online. 2006 S.

2006 Mini Cooper (R53) - Sound stage for a small car.. what to do with old 6x9s?

I replaced the headunit with a JVC KD-X380BTS

Front components: PIONEER A-Series MAX TS-A653CH

My question is, what should I do with the rear 6x9s? I like the idea of them handling any mid bass but they sound pretty bad. I'd replace them but I don't want to pull the soundstage to the rear with some coaxials

I know its rare but there are mid 6x9 woofers for sale. Not sure any of those would make sense.

Do I just remove them all together? I'm totally open to all ideas and routes with this small build.

I will be installing an amp and a small sub in the future, not sure if that amp will just be for the small sub or if I get a 5 channel with a dedicated sub channel and hook all the speakers up to it. Maybe I will do a dedicated amp for the speakers and one for the sub, not sure yet.

The front components are currently running though inline cross overs the speaker set came with.

Im open to ideas, I dont want to go over the top with this car but I would like it to sound nice.

Im going to throw down some sound deadening in the trunk and floor while I'm at it.

2004 GMC Yukon 1500 XL Denali - 6.0 AWD. 85k miles. What could this noise be? The truck is in park. I just had the transmission rebuilt and this sound started maybe 100 miles after. Seems to be coming somewhere from the trans, could it possible be the transfer case? 85k miles.

Any outdoor archery ranges that are NOT next to gun ranges?

I'm looking for a place with peace and quiet to shoot my bow. I don't mind a drive if something is farther out.

I'm looking for a budget pair of tweeters that are very soft and warm, smooth not harsh. Budget $40.

They will be powered by my aftermarket head unit. If they come with an inline cross over that's great otherwise I have some crossovers that will work for the time being. They are going in a small mini cooper. I don't want them to be harsh at all.

I just got done doing a whole front end maintenance job on my R53.

The car starts right up and runs good but I'm instantly getting a p0107 error. I cleaned up the intake map sensor real good I made sure both sensors are getting 5 volts.

I did a smoke test and everything is nice and tight, no vacuum leaks from what I can tell. My smoke machine does 7psi

If I let the car warmup it does seem to yo-yo when letting off the accelerator.

I did notice the vacuum hose that connects to the tmap seems to be coming out of the fitting a tad. I would think smoke would have came out of there during a test however.

I checked my bypass valve and it seems that the spring is intact, not 100% it's closing all the way without removing it.

What would your plans of action be at this point? I'd rather not throw the parts cannon at it if there are more tests I can do.
