Spotted this weird fly looking wasp today but upon looking it up am I right in saying it has a pathogenic fungus that kills flies and leaves them frozen to the wall?!?

Had the Mirena coil fitted during a laparoscopy in October. And understood bleeding of 6 months is normal. Bleed from October to March. However bleeding quite heavily again come April and May … would others have bled with the Mirena still in?
Has helped a lot of my pain so far thankfully.
