Edit 3: The person I am thinking of is a cross between Johnathan Cake and Stephen Hartley with traits of Tristan Gemmill. He has black hair. He was in a drama (with ad breaks) about domestic abuse. They had moved in recently and were decorating/refurbing their home, the was a central wooden staircase as you entered the house. If you think it's Stephen Hartley, please find the drama to corroborate the name

I went in yesterday and it was like Soviet Russia 1990. Literally bare shelves with one box of serial, most of the freezers switched off, about 10 rice bags except the usual 200+.

I can't watch Baumgarnter anymore; his videos are insufferable for me, with his intonation of sentences being incredibly pretentious and performative.
Things I think I remember:

It was a very Hallmark Channel-like movie
When I think about the farm the movie was set on, I imagine it was in the Midwest. The main actor definitely wore blue jeans, a checked shirt, and a cowboy hat from time to time. Very stereotypical.
I remember the child died - I think - because they were intimate with each other and he died at night as he got himself tangled in some rope in his bedroom or something. The child was probably no more than 10.
I absolutely adore it and thoroughly recommend it.
It's lunatic-level comedy with some straight jokes (no pun intended) and truly absurd jokes and situations.
