20M, 165cm, 67kg || " PPL + UL " Split Review

ive been going to the gym for almost 1.5yrs now(on-off), im currently in my 4th yr of clg(starting this monday), i want to build a 5day split that i can cover within 1 hour+ 20min inlcine walk, in a commercial gym, during 6-7pm (you know how it is), mine is decent-bog gym, mostly i do get the machine completely to myself, but sometimes smith, free bench, and leg press are occupied.

now i want to recomp, want to drop fat until like 60kg, also build muscle, and just have a lean aesthetic build, not muscular bodybuilder fit, currently at 1900kcal intake(300kcal deficit, 120gm protein), i have stubborn belly fat, love handles, and anterior pelvic tilt as well.

im trying to limit to 5-7 variations a day, with 3sets of each, 8-13reps is my range. (ignore the 2nd column)

my concerns:
- I think my day1-3 are good enough, and something i can stick to, and do consistently(thats what i have been doing regularly)

- im unsure of excercises on day 5 and 6, and their placements, cuz im not sure of the recovery and shoulders on day 1 and and day6 seems long and odd(as i repeat day 1 within 1 day rest)

- my reason to put it as arms/ delts: i want to hit them more frequently in order to maximise them, i dont want an heavy 2nd leg day(have had injuries from past accidents so dont wanna stress more)

- mostly stick to only these exercises, or maybe change 1-2, no deadlifts, rdls(lowe back and tailbone issue) just need with placement of excercises

how is my form on the flat bench (20M)

ive been working out for about 1.5yrs now (inconsistently, cuz of clg (4th yr now))

ive always been weak on flat bench, and have barely progressed on it, stuck at 40kg for 9-10reps, 60kg single rep, since jan

(this clip is 3rd set)
today my push day was good, progressed on incline bench, 20kg each dumbbell for 7reps, but on flat im unable to progress

what am i seeking:
- how to progress on flat bench
- any form corrections
- on last rep as you can see, my right shoulder kind of comes forward than the left and i put pressure on right to rack it up, why is it happening

ive had shoulder injury cuz of an accident, yet push 15kg each on shoulder press, but on flat idk

Hotel recommendation, with parents, near mall road in june

visiting shimla for 2days in 1st week of june, my travel agent ghosted us (idk why)

budget: 2-3k per night

i need a hotel for 2nights in shimla, near the mall road, not on the mall road, cuz its expensive ig, i just want anything within 2km range and has direct down from car access(parents and luggage) and decent view if possible

will be very grateful cuz im taking them with my own expenses for the first time so yea, dont want them to have a bad hotel experience

we are 3 adults(two 50yo, one 20yo)
this will be done during the 1st week of June, for 5days and 4nights

will we be landing at Chandigarh Airport by 5pm on a Saturday, and a cab must be picking us up.

we want to cover Shimla-Manali and few places that lies between them.

note:

-we dont want to visit any temples, except the Hidimba Temple in manali

-Day1 is saturday, and it will all go into traveling to the hotel
-Day4 is a tuesday, so rotang pass will be closed afaik
-would like to live close by to the mall roads
-must return back to airport by Day5 2-3pm

places we know of:
Shimla:

  • Mall Road
  • Ridge
  • Kufri
  • Chirst Church
  • Scandal Point
  • Himachal State Museum

Manali:

  • Solang Valley
  • Rohtang Pass
  • Atal Tunnel
  • Old Manali
  • Hidimba Temple
  • Sissu
  • Jogini Waterfall

I feel like this is a lot of places, in short time, so would like to have yall suggest a good iternary or flow of travel, and can we visit both solang and rohtang pass in this trip, or which is better to be chosen

i want this to be a memorable trip for my parents, as they have never been to northern hill stations before, it was all beaches or places in the south, they might not come to himachal ever again, though i might, so yeah a good iternary for them is all i ask for

also any agency or tour package that would help us, cuz the ones i came across werent good
