How do I move out at 19 in Ontario? is it possible?

I am currently a full time student and work a part time job as many hours as i can fit in during school, I make about 800 dollars a month during school and during summer (4 months of the year) I make about 1500 a month. My monthly expenses include my car insurance (150 ish a month), gas to get to school (200-300 a month but would go down as I would move closer to school), my phone bill (220 a year or 20 bucks a month ish), and food/other things which Im not sure the price of but would assume would be 150-200 a month (and I would get on food banks).
All would come out to about 500 dollars leaving roughly 300 for rent with absolutely nothing left.
where I live rent for a sharing bedroom can be from 300 all the way to 600 dollars a month, obviously thats not possible for me.

my question is, are there any government supports or grants I can use to help me move out. am I likely to get excepted to subsidized housing? anyone who moved out around this age, how did you possibly do it? is there a way to without quitting school?

any advice would help, thank you 🙏

Is it worth moving from Ontario to Manitoba

Hi there, I 19(F) and my boyfriend 19(M) currently (and always have) live in ontario around the durham region. We both live at home and I am beginning college in September, my boyfriend is still figuring out what he wants to do.
I have always hated living at home, me and my parents do not have the best relationship. I have tried to move out on numerous occasions however I have learned in ontario, with single bedrooms being up to 800 dollars a month, while attending college and only working part time, its quite literally impossible.

recently me and my boyfriend have been discussing moving to Manitoba around the winnipeg area. considering that 1 bedroom apartments price being 800-900 a month or in some cases even less, and the insane amount of full time jobs available in the area (I applied to 10 and already got offered 2 interviews), heres our plan;
our plan would be to move there in September and rent out a cheap 1 bedroom, work full time for a year (40 hrs a week at 16.40 an hr) bringing in just about 5200 a month, using about 2500 for rent, insurance, gas, groceries, etc. and saving the other
2700. at the end of the year we will have 30k-32k saved up.
with that money we will then use to attend college the following year, using the money to pay outright for our courses and to have money to fall back on since we will be working less. (I plan to take the auto collusion repair course at RRC for around 7000$ if we do move there, i havent looked into it a crazy amount yet tho)
the only thing stopping us so far is leaving our close friends.
is this worth it? what do yall think?

career in auto body 🚗

Hi there, I am female and 19 years old looking to go into a career in the Auto Body Industry. I have applied to the Auto Body program at centennial college in ontario and I plan to accept it if I get in.
My question is, is this a good career to go into. My gut points to it being good for me because I am a very artistic, detailed oriented, patient person. I know for a fact I want to do something with cars and Ive wanted to get into welding as well, so I feel like I would really enjoy this career.
My doubts are because EVERYONE i see talking about this career says to stay far away from it. I dont see any reason why I wouldnt love it but Ive already gone into 2 different programs and quit after a semester because It didnt aligin with me, I am scared of the same thing happening with this one.
Anyone who has experienced in this career, especially in ontario, or anyone who has done the program at centennial, please let me know your experience in the comments.
thank you!!
