Of course after I photographed the L A Looks Mermaid collection, I had to buy them. I got the second to last pink lipgloss, picked up the eyeshadow quartets in all the combos, lunch in pink and mauve.

I only grabbed the blue eyeliner from the Cyber Glam collection.

I’m also re-trying the retinol double renewing system serum. I tried it once and thought it was oily. However, after hearing everyone else rave about it, I am giving it a second chance.

The closest DT near me has had almost bare shelves for months! I decided to pop in on a whim and saw these goodies! I almost bought the puppy bandages but put them away.

I live in manhattan, and the nearest DT is in East Harlem. I was told the store was getting a makeover, and they would be stocked.

For the past two months, I’ve been checking out various Dollar Tree stores in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

The store in Washington heights is huge! However, they don’t have a large HBC section.

The St.Marks Avenue store in Brooklyn has so much HBC stuff , you can go a little overboard.

The store in East Harlem was supposed to get a makeover, but since their new “launch” there’s less and less products.

Wyckoff Ave and Fulton Street are hit or miss. Sigh.

Have any of my fellow NYers found a DT that has the perfumes, or is fully stocked with skincare and makeup??

I decided to go to three dollar trees to find the fragrances and a few other items on my list. Didn’t find the fragrances, but found a lot of new to me stuff!

No, I don’t think I will be doing another haul for a while. On the other hand, I’m definitely set for at least a year 😂😂

I noticed some items prices have gone up , but not the beauty and health care stuff! Stocked up on skincare, bodywash, GuruNanda stuff and razors

I live in Manhattan, my closest DT is undergoing renovations, so I decided to travel to the Brooklyn Fulton street location to grab stuff, as they usually have a lot of stuff. I originally was going to go to a few DTs, but the heat was so awful, that I went there and took the train back.

I went a little bananas. This was the first time I spent $40+ in a DT.

I finally got my hands on the Dermasil cleanser. I thought I bought two 😭 also bought the Dermasil Diabetic skin care lotion, GBC Vitamin C glow eye brightening cream with turmeric, GBC cleansing daily face wash, and so much more!
I just moved, I couldn’t which sink strainer would work for my sink, and thought for $1.25, buy both. And I was thrilled to find the parchment paper air fryer liners. Last time I saw them, they weee in TJ maxx and were over $10!

I was able to score both Pacifica sprays. One was with skin care, and the other was by hair care.

It was so fun shopping there. At one point, I and two other ladies were trading recommendations on what to buy. Which is why I ended up with two versions of the niacinamide!

I bought a few things before, but my local DT doesn’t have a lot of the goodies you’ve all found.

Today, I traveled a bit, and snagged this haul. I was thrilled to find both the Dermasil serum and whipped recovery cream.
I couldn’t decide on which mascara to pick, so I bought both! I got the Clean Beauty B Pure Mascara and the Le Mercerie thickening and volumizing mascara. I found the b pure lamination brow set . No idea how to use it, but why not!
I’m getting into pink lipstick so I grabbed two

Someone here raved about the shave oil -never used it, but when I saw it in the store , I grabbed it.

Couldn’t believe I found the Palmers lip balm.

Has anyone used the spa scentials retinol body oil?
I found hair oil!! My hair frizzes in the summer-excited to try it.

All in all, I spent $23 US for all of this. It If I had gone to chain beauty store - you know what I’m talking about. That $23 might have covered half the cost for a serum!!!
